Prices really high compared to all other fast food in the area. especially for the quality and customer service... can get a value meal $4 cheaper at Chick-fil-A as an example.

They often put orders together wrong. I'd say 25% of the time they forget an item I've ordered or make something wrong. My last order was made incorrectly...today they gave me someone else's order. The other persons order that i got was also wrong (forgot their fries)! Often is a long wait, too. Food is usually pretty good though...if they get it right.

Had the crispy chicken sandwich, not crispy, over fried and barely warm. More mayo than chicken. French fries were COLD! I got sick from the sandwich and I scraped 90 percent of the mayo off.
Price $$$ the food wasn't good enough to have the price that high. Will save my money and go to THE SPOT in Kenosha before going back to Hardee's!!!

Food was made FRESH. We waited a little while to get our food, but to be fair, the restaurant was very short staffed for the dinner rush. The inside was spotless, but appears a little dumb cause it has not been updated.
