Jersey mikes is my go to for sandwiches these days, unfortunately this location is constantly behind on mobile orders. When you approach the counter to ask for your order you ignored and have to speak up to get their attention. Tonight I ordered 3 sandwiches and the app said it would be ready in 15 minutes which would be 5:52pm (order was placed at 5:37pm). I am currently typing this review while I wait. It is now 6:21pm and still no food .....ridiculous.

6/17/25 - Here we go again, service has still not been addressed for those wanting to order ahead using the mobile app. I have visited much busier locations then this one and they always have my order ready on time. Huge shout out to the Milwaukee location on east Ogden, I now know how truly awesome your staff is. Would give less then one star for service to the Mount Pleasant location if it was allowed.

Since new management change, this location has improved greatly. The assistant manager Karla, was very knowledgeable and kind. The rest of the staff was friendly. The atmosphere here is great with very clean restrooms. Greatly recommend!

Be mindful when ordering ahead, went there at the pick up time and had to wait while I watched them help every single person that was in line THEN I notice my sandwiches just sitting on the counter for that whole time and then they confirm that They help the people in restaurant first. so what’s the point of ordering ahead??

The customer service here is horrible. They’re not friendly and they ignore you. Had to grab my own food after the guy walked off didn’t offer a bag or nothing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!! EVER…….

Employees at this location always ignore my wife when she arrives to pick up an order that was placed online. Every time the employees help people who have not placed an online order while our food that is ready sits on a shelf. My wife waits for over 10 minutes for an employee to hand her the bag. Very Rude & unprofessional employees. What is the point of placing an order online if you get ignored and have to wait anyway? I don’t know if we will return to this location.

I ordered three subs from the Mount Pleasant, WI location (store 29016) via the Jersey Mike's app. This store was pretty busy, but nothing crazy, but they were terribly behind schedule. I stopped keeping track how late my order became once it was over 20 minutes after my promised pick up time. By then, they made me me miss my scheduled appointment. I coordinated ordering ahead and picking up on my way to my meeting, but it unfortunately didn't work as planned. As I continued to wait, they kept asking my name. Very annoying. On top of it, my order was incorrect. Very upsetting experience.

Absolute horrible experience at J.M Racine. I’ve gone to other locations multiple times and I’ve got to say I’ve never experienced such horrible/rude service as I did there. I walked in and no one greeted me then a gal hollers “ey you in the sweater” I looked around because I wasn’t sure who she was talking to and realized it was me. I was asked what the name of the order was under and once provided I got questioned by the fellow as if I was going to steal sandwiches. Please teach your employees better customer service!!!!!!!

They ALWAYS turn off their online ordering. I choose online ordering because it is easier to customize my sub, rather than ordering in store because the people that work there can’t comprehend the words that are spoken to them. I have had this issue numerous times, and this is now why they are getting this review.
The subs are really good, though, when made correctly.

Excellent & totally friendly. Ordered a #17 no pepper or onions. Was absolutely perfect . What great team there . Keep up the amazing work you do . I apologize I forgot the 2 young ladies name , my Order was for carry out & was ready on time 6:11pm , so those 2 ladies deserve a raise or a paid vacation. I used to Love Cousins. When I got back from FL after 30 years I went straight to Cousins. Unfortunately they cut off the ends of the sub which was the best bite of all. Hardly any meat and tiny tomatoes. I decided to check out Jersey Mike's. OMG so good, lots of meats, cheese, Big tomatoes, bacon. Now this was a sandwich!. Bye Bye Cousins, hello Jersey Mikes.

We all know that Jersey Mikes sandwich is top 3 sandwiches in the US. This review is to highlight the incredibly helpful, polite, attentive and kind staff that helped us tonight. We came in from a long day at about 850 when they closed at 9. We apologized and the staff couldn't have been cooler about it. Sandwiches were made quickly, the girls at the counter were talkative and friendly. I ordered a giant and asked for juice on only half my sandwich so I could take the other half to work. Without asking, she cut my sandwich in half, put each half in their own bag, and even labeled the one without juice. With restaurant experiences being so hit or miss these days it's great to go to somewhere and see a staff like this.

Went there for supper. I was the only one there, waited for 15 mins to be asked what I wanted, then was told that girl would wait on me. She was on the phone. Once the girl waited on me, she asked what I wanted. She did the meat, and then another person did the fixes. She asked me three times how I wanted my sandwiches and then ended up doing one wrong. I pointed it out, and she was confused about what to do next. They ended up remaking the sandwich. There was a manager there, but he did nothing. Poor service. Extremely slow. Hopefully, they will work on it.
