Carla manger didn't handle my complaint well i ordered a steak get home it's chicken she said money would be refunded to my card lie about that.was SHORT WITH CONVERSATION. STATED THEY WERE SHORT HELP THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. I WILL NEVER BE BACK

I’m not sure what happened in the last couple months but the service level now is downright shameful. Absolutely no organization and the slowest service I’ve ever seen at a restaurant let alone a sandwich place. The minimum it takes for me to get in and out of there now is 25-40 mins which is insane as I can go to any other sub place and be in and out in 10 mins. Need better employees and better management.

Of all the Jersey Mike’s locations I have been to this one consistently fails to have good service. Never rely on your mobile order to be done on time. Always add 20-30 minutes to it. They didn’t even start making sandwiches until 15 mins after scheduled time.

I came into the store to pick up my online order that I placed 75 minutes prior and walked into one employee and 11 customers and multiple online orders waiting to be filled, including mine. Another employee soon appeared and immediately began helping. These two workers were under extreme pressure to satisfy every order that came into this store. They were polite and courteous and apologetic to the customers. The customers were understanding and I base that on their demeanor. This is a clear case of Management failure. Failure to their customers. Failure to their store and unfortunately failure to their staff to provide them with the staffing to succeed without suffering. If this is the new Management I've read about in some posting, the owner needs to rethink what's going on before this becomes an empty store front.

Jersey mikes is my go to for sandwiches these days, unfortunately this location is constantly behind on mobile orders. When you approach the counter to ask for your order you ignored and have to speak up to get their attention. Tonight I ordered 3 sandwiches and the app said it would be ready in 15 minutes which would be 5:52pm (order was placed at 5:37pm). I am currently typing this review while I wait. It is now 6:21pm and still no food .....ridiculous.
6/17/25 - Here we go again, service has still not been addressed for those wanting to order ahead using the mobile app. I have visited much busier locations then this one and they always have my order ready on time. Huge shout out to the Milwaukee location on east Ogden, I now know how truly awesome your staff is. Would give less then one star for service to the Mount Pleasant location if it was allowed.

Since new management change, this location has improved greatly. The assistant manager Karla, was very knowledgeable and kind. The rest of the staff was friendly. The atmosphere here is great with very clean restrooms. Greatly recommend!

One of the best subs I’ve had from a jersey mikes in along time had the number 16!!!!!
Be mindful when ordering ahead, went there at the pick up time and had to wait while I watched them help every single person that was in line THEN I notice my sandwiches just sitting on the counter for that whole time and then they confirm that They help the people in restaurant first. so what’s the point of ordering ahead??
The customer service here is horrible. They’re not friendly and they ignore you. Had to grab my own food after the guy walked off didn’t offer a bag or nothing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!! EVER…….
The best sub chain there is!
Employees at this location always ignore my wife when she arrives to pick up an order that was placed online. Every time the employees help people who have not placed an online order while our food that is ready sits on a shelf. My wife waits for over 10 minutes for an employee to hand her the bag. Very Rude & unprofessional employees. What is the point of placing an order online if you get ignored and have to wait anyway? I don’t know if we will return to this location.
