Had a day of catering order that I ordered in store on 2/27. Anna and the rest of the staff were AMAZING! They had our order ready in 10 minutes, and everything was delicious. Thanks ya'll for the amazing service.

I was never a huge fan of the chain due to price versus the size of the sandwich, but I did have a Giant Philly sandwich and I couldn't finish it. It was pretty good and the staff was great.

This is one of fav go to sub place but every since they hired younger staff my subs don’t be the same I always ask for specifics on my sub and I never get it when I go in and see who’s on the grill so I can assume I would t be getting my sub the way I’ve asked. Thank you all for your services but this will be my last

This location needs to work on how to complete online orders along with counter orders as this is the second time I had to stand and wait while all of the counter orders were handled before online orders were started.I ordered online and waited almost 40min AFTER I got there because they had a long line at the counter. While I understand they have to handle the customers at the counter, I'm a customer too. So instead of being able to eat lunch, I had to save it for dinner since I was late coming back from lunch. When I mentioned I'd been waiting for over a half hour at that point, the man got snippy stating he never received my ticket. All of the "to go online" orders were sitting on back counter not even being looked at. if you can't handle the online orders, then don't have that service available. As much as I like Jersey Mike's, I won't be ordering from that location anymore. I wasn't the only unhappy customer waiting for my online order.Had to edit as I'm reading through all of the other reviews, it seems the online orders have been an ongoing issue for quite some time at this location. SMH.

Stingy on the tuna. Horrible service. Might as well go to subway and have it your way.
A taller Hispanic male was glaring at my 15 year old daughter. ( he worked there) he was very creepy and when he came from behind the counter to lay chips out he got extremely close to her. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Please check who you are hiring.

The food is yummy. The customer service is pleasant however they do move slow. I went three times and all three times the sandwich maker was slow moving.

I was under the impression that the bread was FRESH, however, the last 2 times we were there at 11:30 to get our subs the bread was not fresh. The large end of the sub was hard and when pressed on crumbled leaving crumbs everywhere. It did not taste fresh, possibly day old or more. Was not impressed for the price we paid.

This is the most dysfunctional operation I have ever witnessed or experienced, three people on staff, line out the door, could not understand the woman taking orders, two people were not trained to do anything, ran out of bread. Walked out and went to Jimmy John’s.
