Horrible service, his friend came in about 8 minutes into us waiting for our 2 sandwich and the guy stop making our sandwich to make his and we had to wait 10’extra mins. Very unprofessional

I always have a pleasant experience at this location! The employees are respectful and efficient. I usually order with delivery and always get my food in a timely manner. Sandwiches are always fresh. The delivery drivers are awesome too!

Freaky fast isn't working. No attention to detail. Asked for mayo, onions, tomatoes, and side of spicy ranch. Sandwiche was ready before I was done paying for it. Well it was missing mayo, onions, and never got my spicy ranch. Won't be back

This place is a joke. Multiple time I had to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich. And they used Uber. Gives jimmy johns a bad name.

I was really excited to see that GrubHub now delivers for JJ's, but unfortunately, my first experience didn't live up to expectations. I would have given a higher rating if they had followed my simple instructions. Despite including my preferences in the order notes, none of them were taken into account. I'm not sure I'll be ordering delivery from here again. Two BIG thumbs down.

So I’m guessing if you call in to make a order and when asked do you want to leave a tip for the driver and you say no (I never tip until I get my food) they will send your order through UBER to where it’s now taking a hour or so to be delivered. What happened to the drivers? Freaky fast delivery? Lol this is a joke! I’m definitely not ordering from jimmy John’s again.

Don't bother! Every time I ordered,something is missing! Tonight I ordered sandwiches and the lettuce was brown and rotten! Seriously if you're sending sandwiches out with rotten ingredients you should be put out of business!
