Very good ice cream but it's a lot of sugar with the shakes

This was our first time so we didn't know what to expect. Everything we ordered was delicious and looked spectacular, but I think we will just get plain scoops of ice cream next time.Believe me I am not complaining. It is just that there was way to much to get down in one seating. It was like having two large desserts in one. I also felt the price was a little too high.

Great place, very clean inside and out, it was very unusual to see a staff that was so helpful and courteous and just outright friendly. The only thing better than the staff was the ice cream creations they made for my family. Not only would there again, we will probably be going there multiple times a week. Hats off to whoever created this amazing place!

They have color changing straws!! staff was so friendly and accommodating. Price was reasonable and lots of options. Wish they had some gluten free baked goods for my kiddos

My boyfriend and I got 2 shakes with 1 topping each for only a lil over 5$ each I thought the ice cream was really good wish they had real Reese's but overall still good also there was no lids for the small size and the only thing I would change is they put the candy in before they mix the shake so it gets mixed in rather than just a little bit on top the shake

I visited Kravings for the first time Friday night as I’d read about it in Facebook. I found it very interesting and watched the people behind the counter making a fabulous ice cream creation. It was mouthwatering and looked delicious. I eventually broke down and had a kid’s banana ice cream in a cup and I wasn’t disappointed. The ice cream was so creamy and delicious. Yes I’d recommend this establishment highly. Everyone Wes friendly and greeted us when we came in. I definitely will take my Grand daughter here. ❤️

Bought the ham it was shaved has I like it cut thick the buns were frozen didn't care for the ham I would stick to selling iceream.

When I ordered a regular shake, a krazy shake was put on my bill instead and when I said I didn’t order it, she did not offer me a refund or apology. Was expecting it to cost $12 with only 2 medium sized shakes but ended up with a $18 bill because of the krazy shake being added instead. Will not be coming back
The owners were amazing and their ice cream specialty drinks are the coolest things ever. Look them up and stop in. Sunday they have ham on fresh croissants and they also have hot dogs. No vegetarian ones yet but I'm going for the ice cream.

Impressive location. Their desserts are fun. For example who doesn't like a fun shake with toppings or a donut ice cream sandwich? The prices are fun but that's what you pay for fun. They have like 12 ice cream flavors. Bathrooms are clean. The sitting area is cleaned often, the staff are very kind, and parking is plentiful. The only downsides are that prices aren't cheap, and that they could have more unique ice cream flavors like they do at jennis ice cream.

We went here for a treat after lunch. It was completely empty, 1pm on a Wednesday, so that was a plus. I ordered a specialty latte, and it was really nice to not feel rushed while being offered so many selections for it. The inside of the shop is spotless, and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the extreme pricing. There's no way I can treat my entire family to dinner somewhere and then dessert here, as much as I'd love to. Not on my budget anyway.

Impossible to eat.Make sure to get all your toppings in a separate cup.Frosting on the outside of the cup dripped everywhere, making a mess all over my hands and car. Very disappointed. $10 for a small shake. Seems like it's all for presentation, but nowhere near practical to eat or enjoy.Also, they have a whole selection of coffee but don't open until 11: 00am? How does that make any sense? There were many times I would have stopped and got coffee before work but they weren't open.
