We walked in to order food. We stood at the counter and the people working there looked right at us several times. They had no problem talking to each other at all, but definitely not to customers willing to pay. The time was 7:38 pm on 12-23-25. We are now at Burger King across the street where we got service right away.

Without a doubt the worst McDonalds in all of Wisconsin. If you like 15 minute drive through waits just for your food to come out wrong, this is the McDonalds for you. You'll have a blast!
Go to Burger King across the street instead.

Although the fries and the meal was hot, my burger had a slab of meat and a patty. My chicken nuggets never came with any sauce and even though I ordered a large fries they filled it up about halfway. Not impressed. The seating area had dirt on some of the seats and food crumbs all over the place. Also not impressed.

Whas just a little upset with the lady that seems to run it in the morning. I work officer for state patrol and she acted like she never makes a mistake because she forgot a steak bagel and was not happy with me like I did something wrong. I left before arguing won't go for breakfast there very rude for a very small lady. In uniform and squad car . Ridiculous

I tried going through the drive-thru, which has two lanes. I sat at the order window and waited while three cars were serviced in the other lane. I decided to just park my car and go in at that point.
Why have two drive-thru lanes open if you're only going to take orders on one of them?
I placed my order at the kiosk inside, and the kiosk was out of printer paper. As were the other kiosks in the lobby, as I saw other people order from different kiosks and not get a receipt.
