Three of our six dishes were GF. Store was out of the GF noodles we ordered. Rather than risk losing part of the order, they made the [terrible] customer service decision to choose a substitute for us. They could have taken 2 minutes to call or text to confirm a sub; instead they've lost any more of our future business.They also completely left out the protein on one of the dishes where it was added for a surcharge.With the economy as it is right now, dining out is a luxury, and not one that most people can afford to throw money at without the food and service they actually pay for.

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. The staff took my order and I waited for over thirty minutes to be served. The Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast looked like it had been thrown together. To say the portions were small is an understatement. The tables, windows, floors looked like they needed scrubbing and vacuuming. A sizable portion of the tables were still dirty and had not been cleared by the staff. The trash bin was overflowing. One customer had been waiting in line for over an hour for her order which had yet to be fulfilled when I left the restaurant. Suffice to say, I will not return to this location.

Was at Noodles for the first time in many years. Not going back. The store was filthy. Carpet was dirty. Garbage can overflowing. Fountain area trashed and sticky at 11:45 on a Thursday morning! The dishes we ordered were tasty, what there was of it. PORTIONS WE REDICULOUSLY SMALL FOR THE PRICES CHARGED. We left feeling ripped off and very disappointed. PROBABLY WHY VERY FEW PEOPLE WERE THERE.Parking: Share with another restaurant. Other place was very busy.

Ordered food off door dash. Spent almost 90$. Didn’t receive any of my food that I ordered at all. I called the store and talked to some woman and she was rude, non helpful. Blamed it all on door dash but it’s their responsibilit to get the food ready for door dash to pick up. Will never order food from that location ever again. I know plenty people that go to this location and have nothing but issues. Should be closed.

Went in there after years of not having noodles and company, service was nice. It took about 10-15 min. I wasn't sure what the normal wait was but I'm guessing it took longer than usual. The young lady working was very apologetic and gave us some snacks for the wait. Food was really good staff was super nice place looked clean. I definitely need to come here more often

I feel what I got and what I thought I was paying for was way off. Like I could have done mac and cheese at home by myself cheaper and better tasting. While its not quite the blue box blues, it was not far off from being Kraft macaroni and cheese. The serving was not enough to be a main item, definitely lacked in flavor and flare. It could have used some pepper, which I had to add and possibly some bread crumbs or something to break up the lack of anything exciting in the bowl. Tried once again, different location. Same result. Not returning. Overpriced small portions.

I will not be back to this location again. Brought my two kids in to get lunch. Asked for 3 cups for water (basic human need). I was told “we don’t do that anymore”. I guess the water is getting too expensive when I’m paying for $27 for 2 normal bowls and one small bowl. You can’t supply 2 cent small plastic cups for water???Whoever decided this should really rethink it.Dietary restrictions: You drink water? Ok. You can’t have anything to drink here then.

Save yourself some money, Kraft does a better Mac n cheese with cheese sauce on it, not just a bowl of sauceless elbow pasta like Noodles served me under the guise that a spoonful of shredded cheese would magically make it Mac n cheese. Not sure how much extra they charged for beef, but it was chewy as heck and with no knife provided, I'm not sure how I was supposed to eat it. Wife had Thai noodles which were overloaded with cilantro and she wasn't a fan. Restaurant wasn't very clean, the area by the soda machine was empty of condiments and the containers didn't look like they had been cleaned in a long time. $35 for 2 people, bowl of noodles and a soda each, shameful. Not a place I shall return to.
Food was great as usual! Service was terrible! Young lady was rude, annoyed & completely unprofessional. The rest of the crew were yelling back and forth to each other play fighting!?!? The whole thing was horrible and I will think twice before I go back to that location.

Food sucked! Orders Korean beef , extra beef, cabbage and zucchini. 3 pieces of beef, tiny bit of zucchini and no cabbage as I ordered extra also! Called and they didn’t want to do anything! Never goin back!!!Bowl 1/2 full!!Don’t waste your money here.Don’t need a reply saying you aim to please cus with 3.5 stars your not doing something right in your store! Good luck !
