Purchased a 1/2 sheet Danish Layer cake, I was informed when I picked it up that there isn’t a box for this size so I was given a huge box that just fit in refrigerator! I was also told I would not get a lid dome for it because they don’t make them in a 1/2 sheet cake! Instead I was given a cardboard top!

As someone who grew up in Racine, using O&H for our wedding cake was a no brainer. They did an excellent job and our cake looked exactly like the photos that we shared in our consult meeting. And of course, it was delicious! Can never go wrong with O&H! Special shoutout to the wedding cake ladies for designing the cake and for the great communication throughout the process as well!

Wifey had a desire for a almond covered Danish. I found one on a Danish that was larger than a doughnut and this thing made our vehicle feel like the interior was injection with flavor as we went down the road towards Illinois. Just the perfect stop for a cup of Mudd and a pastry.

Great place to pick up kringles if you are in the area.
I ordered Kringles for a few of my business clients because we love them. They are a great company. One of my deliveries did not make it due to the shipping company and they sent out another order immediately to replace no questions asked. I will definitely continue to use them for my client gifts. EXCELLENT customer service!

They cannot get an order correct. Pre-ordered bakery and they shorted my order. I called and they said come back as we have them here. We went back to find they lied and didn't have them. I then called and spoke to a manager who was not helpful in fulfilling my order.. The general manager reached out to me the same day with my concerns and offered to deliver the order that was not right. That is what you call customer service. They do go out of there way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will continue to order from here.
