No staff at the drive thru…When I went in to get my food I was not greeted and my food was in the pick up area ( I selected drive thru)-hence soup not being hot but like warm. This location is a dead zone I waited in the drive thru for 10mins and no one pulled up plus they always looked closed. I will not return.

Felt very rushed when I ordered even though nobody else was in line (I feel like I was ordering at a normal pace but I guess not fast enough). I also got gaslight by the lady that took my order when she gave me the wrong food to which she passively aggressively said that I never confirmed it with her and thats why it was messed up even though I did tell her. Miles behind the one in Pleasant Prairie. Highly recommend skipping this location and going to that one.

Never will go to this location again. This afternoon the employee was rude and dismissive and missed half the order. They always act as if you’re inconveniencing them at this location. This is the third time an order was missing items . At this point they don’t care and you pay too much for incompetent and rude service . Worst potbellys ever

We came to potbelly’s tonight around 8:40, the person taking our order had a bit of an attitude the whole time, we ordered and paid for 3 sandwiches only got 2 and by the time we noticed they closed the restaurant.

Cashier was overly rude said order wasn't started 30 minutes after order was placed. Then we were told 20 minutes after that that she didn't have an order with my name. Another employee found my order on a back table. Probably won't be back haven't had a good experience here in a long time and this takes the cake.

Horrible service girl with septum had a horrible attitude and nasty little comments first time here and never coming again she had no patience and was rude. Do better.

I’ve enjoyed the food from here for the last couple of years that I have lived here. Once I ordered 2 sandwiches and they delivered 2 completely different sandwiches. The customer service representative apologized and sent me a coupon for a free sandwich. The last time I ordered, the food never showed up. I contacted customer service, the district manager contacted me quickly and apologized and offered to send me a coupon again. After 2 weeks, I didn’t receive a coupon. I reached out to the manager on their cell phone, and she decided to just completely ignore me. Horrible service, decent food and decent prices. I also don’t love that people can order multiple, customer sandwiches at the drive thru. It should be like one sandwich or mobile only. Sometimes the line can take a long time and you hear the person ahead customizing 4 sammiches….ugh

I really like coming here for a quiet place to eat I love the atmosphere and it gives an old time feel to it. The staff was helpful and informative I recommend potbelly to all those writers or study folk. It’s an inspirational place and the shakes are great!

I am extremely disappointed with the food I received. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at Potbelly, and I’m a frequent customer. The sandwich bread was hard, the sandwich itself was made incorrectly, and the soup was so thick and tasted old. To make matters worse, parts of my order were missing.

When I contacted the store about the missing items, I was told to just trust that I’d be refunded, which wasn’t reassuring. Then, when I finally sat down to eat, I realized the entire order was subpar—everything looked and tasted far below the usual standard. Now I’m out of money and left with food I can’t even eat. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I feel bad leaving a low review but I'm asking that you guys please get it together. Your food is delicious, but today I ordered chili through door dash and when it arrived, I left a good review....then I opened up my chili. There was so little chili in my bowl I thought the dasher ate it! I called the store and found out that it's policy that only so many ladles are put in per serving. Please consider doing something about this because it looks bad for the restaurant and dashers. It also makes the consumer question what is going on.

On 10/13/24 they opened up at 10am and i sat in drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting on a door dash order. I got out my car and walked up to the door and the doors were locked. I called the store 5 times before anyone would answer and someone with a strong accent answered with an attitude. I explained to her that I’ve been waiting on an order and she asked for the name and hung up the phone on me. She rushed to the drive thru window and forced her arm out with the food. I didnt get her name because she didn’t have a name tag on which is also unprofessional. Horrible experience!!

Nice, clean space with quick service. The dude at the location was particularly careful about vegetarian preferences, asking his colleague to change gloves and get a fresh knife ( to avoid cross contamination).
