Not only does it take an hour for them to apparently make your food. They don't even get it right when they do eventually get it for you. Normally it's good but it's been an intense downturn as of lately. If you want qdoba don't bother going here because they don't know how to make an order correctly

This is my first door dash delivery and I gotta say by far the best food I have ever had!!!! I ordered build your own bowl for $13 and let me tell u when I took it out the bag it was beyond heavy! This could have fed 3 adults and my dog Lucci!!! IMPRESSED I WILL BE SPENDING MY $ WITH YOU!!!!

My first thought was to go to Chipotle but I went against the grain and went here instead. The woman at the register was helping someone and when she finished I started to speak but she told me to hold on. She went to change out those salty chips and continue to make someone else’s order while my order was ready on the pick up shelf! Why is the pick up shelf not facing the customers?! I could’ve been in and out and not had to say a word to her! She has a very bad attitude and lack basic customer service skills! Chips were salty. My bowl had 2 teaspoons of rice in it and I am LIVID!!! They tried to cover it up with a bunch of cheese like I wouldn’t notice! My brisket Birria was NOT cheese crusted and there was barely any meat on it. I ORDERED A BRISKET BIRRIA QUESADILLA NOT A CHEESE QUESADILLA! I’m going to Chipotle from here on out! I’ve never been skimped on rice before or veggies or anything that I’m paying for!!!! I paid $25 for my food and I’m in tears. I don’t eat restaurants food often because of reasons like this!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR ANY LOCATION GO TO CHIPOTLE! They won’t see me again!

I have come here 3 times and I understand people have bad or don’t want be at work but every time I have come here I feel unwelcome uncomfortable judged and I feel like a burden. But today was my last straw we stood like for 15 min when there was no line they just weren’t moving the works made my food wrong and I told them it was a wrong and they kept it wrong and made me pay for food I didn’t want. They also moved so incredibly slow I could have made it myself from scratch faster then they made my bowel and to top all off this lady who I have seen every time and has the worst attitude I have ever seen was pulling the hair off of her shirt well making the food then when asked to change her gloves went and pulled more hair off right next to the food so I will never be coming back

I got QDOBA tonight in Racine Wisconsin. I got a burrito with steak. I go home and as I’m eating I see this RAW PIECE OF STEAK!! It’s not safe. So I called asked for a refund the manager who was very rude by the way said she can only give me a free entree, I declined I do not want more food from there. So I said I’m gonna call the health department she said that’s fine. I do not appreciate it AT ALL.

Place was decently clean for it being rush lunch time. Woman that first started my order was rude and man taking payment also had an attitude ? Came in on my break from work and it was the worst 10 dollars i ever spent, food was disgusting. left a basically brand new bowl in garbage

I have gone here many times with my boyfriend.But this was the most disappointing experience, yet.I did not order meat in a bowl.So I did not think they would skimp out on everything else.Most of it was covered in sour cream.And I swear there was two peppers and barely any beans.It was extremely light.I should have said something at the desk if it happens again.I definitely won't be back or neither.Will my boyfriend

Haven't had QDOBA for about 8years.. Still the same.. Decent at best. Yet the service was AWESOME.. Foods needs a Lil Help..
Ordered the burrito bowl with the new Habanero Lime Steak. There was no difference in taste from regular steak. Toppings were fresh. Made the bowl a meal, and regretted that choice as there is no difference in chips on the side when you order a bowl versus the meal, outside of the 2oz of queso they provide with your drink. Again, the food was decent, service and cleanliness was subpar. Based on this experience, I would not come back here.

One of the better Qdoba I have been to! Tasty food, no misses anytime ive been there with that. The only thing that I would say is that they are a bit understaffed most times, which leads to a longer wait for food. Aside from that, great staff, great food!
