QDOBA Mexican Eats

Not sure how you skip the next thing in line after you grab a bowl.. DoorDash’d a chicken burrito bowl, ended up with just veggies and rice.

Food has always been good. I’m actually tired of coming in and seeing employees on their phones. The cashiers will stare at their phone while cashing you out. Maybe it’s a generational difference but completely unprofessional.

Tell us we can't have any chips but there is a large pan on the counter, in back of the ordering area. We asked for chips they nodded but never got them. Rushes our order puts it in bags even though we said dine in. Food was good but the service is awful

Food was alright, but I can’t say I’d want to go to QDOBA over competing brands like Chipotle. Burrito I had was kind of thick but not long. Food wasn’t mixed too well so a lot of the rice was on one side of the burrito. Food tasted OK but not super well seasoned.

Got a bowl and it tasted like something was bad in it. Worst meal I've ever eaten! Tried calling them and they didn't pick up. It wasn't busy when I went in. Someone needs to be checking that place. 🙄

This place used to be amazing. The current team has zero customer service the last 3 times I have been here. Average around $60 per visit and the food is cold, they cannot seem to place a coke order as the machine is always missing products. You ask for questions and chips and they act like it is an inconvenience. Several times an employee or the female manager seem to always be sitting on the counter behind the register. Today we are here before 1pm and it is 65 degrees in the lobby and the people behind the counter act like anything you ask for is inconveniencing them. The young man behind the register doesn't smile and tosses your food at you after smashing the cup of quest that 2 people have touched in the center of your chips. It may be time to find a new place to eat. Customer service should be their number 1 focus since cleanliness clearly is not.

If i had a option to leave a no stars I would! On Thursday July 10th I stopped at Qdoba to grab my lunch while on lunch break I had eaten not even a corner of my bowl and spit it out the chicken was COMPLETELY RAW! I called and reported it to them with no remorse not even an apology! I was hospitalized today due to that I have food poisoning and have to take medication! This is not okay! This place needs to be shut down

Stopped in on a Mon evening around 6:00 to eat inside. The place was disgusting! Food all over the floor, tables weren’t wiped off or clean, and garbage was over flowing! No thanks!!

Stopped there for dinner tonight. The food and service were fine but inside the dining area was a different story! A majority of the tables were dirty along with the floor and the garbage was overflowing! If this is how the dining area looked, I would hate to see the kitchen. Will not be back!

This Qdoba is hit or miss. My most recent experience involved a mobile order that had no beans, burnt steak (visible black char that dried my mouth out), and poorly prepped guacamole. Couldn’t go back for a refund. Complained to Guest Relations 9 days ago and haven’t heard back yet.

By far the best Qdoba we have eaten at!!! Way better than our hometown Qdoba even. Service was amazing and so patient with taking our children's orders and we didn't feel rushed. Food was 100% better!!!!
