Our dinner here was so good!!! The food was wonderful and our waiter Sean was even better!!! He had such a positive and friendly disposition along with a great smile. He was very attentive but didn’t over do it. I haven’t had a waiter like him in a long time! He is definitely an asset to this establishment.
The meal was great! The ice cream (brownies overboard?; exact name?) was very enjoyable. I visited tied to my birthday. TY! Red Lobster.

I did an online order for Mother’s Day. The pick up time I was given was off my 10 minutes. Also my food was cold when I got it and many items that I payed for were missing, which were the toppings for my baked potato.
Got the appitizer wrong. Also forgot an order. Never came back after dropping the incorrect app' off, until 3 of 4 dinners were delivered, so no way to ask, for it to be corrected. I think the missing dinner was the kitchen's miss. Polite enough but mistakes like that don't happen at $30-50 per plate.
They said they aren’t taking orders 2 hours before they close. Terrible service

The food is still very good here. Been to the one in Gurnee and Racine. Food was plentiful and the servers were very friendly. They were attentive and very friendly. There was one in the Gurnee location who didn't smile, thankfully she wasn't our server

Our server Sara was so kind, respectful, outgoing, efficient and friendly. She really made our evening great. She totally enhanced our experience with her personality. She is a very genuine person and very hard working woman that knows how to show people they are valued. Red Lobster should be proud to have such an amazing employee to represent their business! I really hope and pray they recognize Sara to keep her uplifted in her career with RedLobster. Thank you Sara and RedLobster for another amazing experience!
