The fried chicken sandwich is so good I have never even tried anything else! It's cute and clean inside, nice staff too. I wish they accepted cash for their online pick up orders. They accept cash in person but their is no way to order ahead when paying cash.

The food is absolutely phenomenal! We go often and we understand that because of how popular this place is, and quality of food there is going to be a wait for the food. But the wait os always worth it. Food is fresh and packed with flavor!

Had lovely pork egg rolls and beef pho soup. Both delicious. Their hours are a little unusual. Check to be sure they are open. Fridays they are open until 7pm. I enjoyed a Heineken with my meal. Kind staff.

Vegetarian options: They did offer vegetable pho.

Parking: Parked right out front.

Tried SapSap for the first time tonight. I had the vegetable fried rice. Soooo yummy!! The egg rolls were also the best I’ve ever had. Very light and not greasy

Five star food, 3 star service. We drove all the way from Milwaukee to try out SapSap, and the food was well worth the drive. The fried rice was very flavorful, medium spice level was more than I can handle but it was still very good. The pho was just how I like it, hardy broth (hardly need to add any additional sauce), generous portions of meat for a small bowl. I also grabbed their fried chicken bahn mi to-go, it was delicious. The con, this restaurant was in an odd location, not that it's a bad thing. Service was a little dull, waiter was not very attentive or welcoming. Prices are a bit on the high side, but for the quality of what you're getting I can't complain. Drink options were very limited, I was expecting them to have options such as Tri-color drinks or boba drinks/smoothies.I look forward to supporting them when they open up a location in Milwaukee.

Went for dinner, good food but the place is uncomfortably hot. Husband and I went in for dinner and was immediately hit with how hot it was in there. The place has beautiful picturesque windows but they have no blinds or shades. So the sun comes in hot. When I went to order our food, the wait for the fried rice was an hour. Whoa. I quickly said no and ordered 2 sandwiches. We had the Fried Chicken and the Steak. Both were good but the steak was on the spicy side, which my husband wasn't expecting. If we get food from here again, I will have to do carryout.

To me the menu was really limited and not much to pick from. Service was good, place is very clean and nice. But my shrimp fried rice and egg rolls wereok. But nothing special. The lychee lemonade was awesome. I wish I could leave a better review. I thought it was so so do to lack of menu items to pick from.

My wife and I love SapSap! It is convenient to our house…. We can eat-in or get it take-out. The food is delicious! Everything we have ever ordered had been incredible! I highly recommend SapSap!

Food was very good. We had the pork bhan mi and the chicken fried rice. They were out of shrimp, so our first choice of shrimp fried rice was not an option. We waited for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us sitting there, and only because I asked a passing employee for some menus. Food came out quickly. The music was very loud. I would recommend ordering food to go and eating at home. Egg rolls were on the pricy side, but they were tasty.

I've had the fish sandwich as well as the fried chicken bahn mi and beef foh. Great flavors, good service, and small nice dine in area. Chicken was a little dry on my visit, fish and beef foh were perfect.

If you are in the Racine area, run don’t walk to SapSap! After touring the Frank Lloyd Wright SC Johnson headquarters we met some family here for lunch and had a really tasty meal with some great service. We shared a dozen egg rolls and also had the “36 hour beef bone broth” pho and fried chicken banh mi. All of which were amazing!

Delicious! Hubs stopped in and grabbed some lunch to go. Such a treat to find a restaurant that puts so much care into producing quality product. The chicken bahn and fried rice were delectable. Cant wait to go back.
