I asked if they could make a Frappaciuno lactose and dairy free. They said they could so I got the oat milk substitute. I am extremely lactose intolerant. After drinking about 4 sips I immediately can feel the symptoms coming. I look up the ingredients and there are some that might call for dairy in them. If they couldn’t make it dairy free I would’ve just asked for something else but now I can’t even finish the drink I bought and I have to deal with the symptoms now.

Yummy drinks and great service! However, I didn't get all of my bonus points. Which is not the stores fault at all. The manager was helpful in letting me know the best way to go about remedying the issue.
Kid-friendliness: They offer many kind friendly options and are always happy to help you choose a product your child would like!
We stop by to grab a drink on our way to Sheboygan from Michigan. Service was nice and quick. The drinks we order was made perfectly.
