Just ordered a grande caramel brulee latte through the drive thru. What i got was espresso, steamed milk and whipped cream on top. NO SYRUP. Not even an attempt at anything good in this drink. The drive through wasn't even busy. That was a total waste of money

This place USED to be worth going to. Now they have managers and employees who don't make it right or value my daily money spent. I had an issue and now I got chastised when I go through the drive thru.

We got in the drive thru line at 12:23 pm and were behind maybe 6/7 cars, expected some wait time. Just pulled out of the drive thru after getting one drink at 12:50 pm. I normally try not to complain but I got an iced chai that has absolutely no chai flavor at all. Not sure what went wrong but very disappointing to wait almost a half hour for a messed up drink ): the employees were nice, though.
