Ok, I'm from Texas so i know how the food should taste. Um, i was not happy. Hamburger was very bland. My wife ordered brisket to go on top of her potato. It tasted like wet shredded cardboard. Not going back. Waitstaff very nice.

Server was not friendly, rarely checked on us, took probably 10 minutes of waiting for her to come by so I could order another drink, our meals took forever, and when we finally got it, my steak was overcooked. It wasn’t until a manager stopped for the normal check in probably 10-15 minutes after I realized the steak was overcooked that we were able to send it back. Then, somehow a rare steak took another 15-20 minutes to come out. Terrible experience overall, especially when it’s usually great.

Horrible service. Horrible food. Picked up, was given zero utensils asked for, kids ordered chicken critters i asked for extra ranch. I didnt even get 1 ranch and the chicken is cooked to dark brown and dry shrimp is rough and inedible. I asked for 3 side salads with extra parm and got zero parm and the package was 1/4 full. I call and the phone just loops over and over and I cant reach anyone. I even tipped online 20%. I will NOT return and will tell others to go to Oak Creek. This is ridiculous. Dont waste your Money!

This is an addendum. I filled out the form that you requested…You sent me an email with a $30 gift code and told me to come back and eat there. Not only does that amount not cover my bill for food that we didn’t get to eat. I also told you I would not be returning. I asked for a FULL refund. I took this to the Better Business Bureau. Once again, thanks for not caring about your customer.

Arrived at 5:45 asked for table. Was informed that a table was being cleaned have a seat they will text when ready. Checked back 30 minutes later and was told the table they told me about had to go to someone else. Be patient they have not lost my reservation. They also stated that several tables were wrapping their meals up should be just a couple more minutes. We waited in lobby 1 hour and 15 minutes. Got frustrated and went across the street to Olive Garden and was seated immediately. 2 hours later and still no text about a table being ready. Do better road house.

The rolls! When did they change up the sizes. I love it. Especially for little or big hands. Amanda was very attentive. Drink results before they were asked for. Speedy food, and immediate seating when we arrived. Fantastic.
