Don't get me wrong, the waitress was wonderful. My service issues fall with the people up front. We called ahead to let them know our party of 10 would be in around 5:30. Our party checked in and after waiting 20 minutes we went to see how long it was going to be only to be told that they didn't check us in the first time. We waited another 15 minutes. They took us to a table the might have sat 6 adults, again there were 10 of us. We told them that we clearly were not going to fit no matter how tightly we squeezed. We got additude and sent back to waiting. Another 10 minutes goes by and we get taken back to a set of tables for a larger group. We brought up the fact that we were only a party of 10, not 18. The man seating us took us back up front and then got confrontational with a member of our party when he complained about the nearly hour wait. Somehow it was our fault. The manager came over, refused to listen and just said they would comp our appetizers. We were in the midst of calling olive garden when a table was finally ready. They split our party between two tables, an aisle between us. We were finally in our seats and ordered meals when appetizers we didn't order were brought out. It wouldn't have been an issue but when we were leaving it came to our attention that the appetizers were discounted, not free. Desserts were ordered but after leaving we found that only half of them were accounted for. Honestly, I love the food but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant and it has soured my opinion of the place.

To the Texas Roadhouse Management,Your utter incompetence in ensuring food safety has led to my one of my closest friend's wife suffering from severe food poisoning after eating at your establishment. This gross negligence is absolutely intolerable and warrants swift intervention from regulatory bodies like the FDA. You must be held entirely accountable for the suffering and harm inflicted on innocent patrons. It's high time you face the wrath of your irresponsibility and prioritize basic hygiene over your sheer incompetence.Disgustedly,G. Nero

I first want to say that we had an exceptional server when my son and I dined at Texas Roadhouse this evening. (April 22, 2024} I can not say enough good things about her. She was on top of everything. I think she might have even been in charge of the bar area too. She did not seem to let any of those things phase her. She preformed her job professionally, but had a warm personality you could not help but like. I wanted to donate 10% of my dinner cost for Dine to Donate. She told me that she would take care of that for us. I was so impressed how she remembered to inform us of this when we were ready to pay the bill at the end of our dinner. She informed me that she left the other copy of the bill in the box where they placed the receipts. The 10% of the total food purchase would go the their "Our Harmony Club." This is a non-profit that provides social day programs for elderly members of our community. Was easy to google about it if you want more information about this. My son and I were more than happpy to tip well . This was a women that knew her job and strove to preform it effectively. My birthday was April 16th. I did not realize that there was a time limit on my birthday treat email from Texas Roadhouse, but the manager took this off the bill for me anyway. I had mentioned it when we begun to order. Of course our server remembered about this and had that all taken care of for me and also informed me of this before she took our order. The people up front were wonderful too. The one young man saw that I had a cane and quickly told me "let me open the door for you." I am disabled and you would not believe the number of times that people do not pay attention to that fact. I really wish that I could remember her name (I also have memory problems as a part of my disability) We were seated by the bar and we got there about 8pm. I am sure the manager will remember about this. Oh a shout out to the people preparing the food. Everything tasted fantastic!

We called ahead, told them we would have ten people, 8 people would be there by 5:30 and the other two would be there about 6. We arrived at 5:30, checked in and told them we were still waiting for two people to arrive. They seated us right away. The server asked if we were waiting on some more people we said yes, we ordered drinks and appetizers, the manager shows up and asks us if we we’re waiting on more people we told him yes, he proceeded to tell us there were other parties that were all there and should have been seated before us, and that the server wasn’t making any money because our party wasn’t all there. I understand that they have a policy of not seating people if the party is not all there, but we told them we were still waiting on two and they sat us anyway. I did not appreciate the manager scolding us for their actions and the completely ridiculous notion that the server wasn’t making money when we had placed an order for drinks and appetizers. The food was great and our server did a great job, I’m very disappointed in the managers actions.

I love Texas Roadhouse in Racine. The restaurant is always clean and my favorite server Gianni is divine. He knows my order every time without writing it down. If you want wonderful food and great service visit Texas Roadhouse. I love to that the managers stop by your table to make sure your meal is to your liking and the service is great. Racine is my preferred restaurant. I go there so often I can tell Darrin’s voice before I see him. ??. He’s the owner manager great guy. He pitches in and helps his staff which is a big plus in my book. I have my favorites I know I spelled his name wrong Gianni, Alicia and Pash and of course Darrin ??❤️ you guys. I was just in with my Grand daughter and boy was my food extra good Monday. Yummy yummy. The rolls were nice and warm too. Perfection.Parking: There is plenty of parking and sometimes the lot is almost full but there is extra parking on the sides and in back of the restaurant. There is also handicapped parking in front which is very convenient.

It's hard to hear others at my table with the music so loud.The food was good, the service was good.Would suggest they have longer than 4 min between appetizer, salad then main course.Would suggest the ability to order appetizers when you put in reservations with app on phone to allow for more time for appetizers.Parking: Parking lot area in front of front door is too small to accommodate large vehicles
