Love the service, food and staff. We always request Amy the waitress to wait on us. She has been there for 17 years and has a sassy way of making you feel welcome. Everyone works very hard. Wells brothers has been in business for well over 100 years.

Great Pizza! Great KeyLime pie! We really liked this place. The only problem was not playing Italian music.

I wasn't really impressed by this "local treasure". The crust is cracker thin, the pizza sauce is sort of tomato-y sweet instead of savory, lastly and most importantly, they use CANNED mushrooms which is a sure fire no-no in real pizza houses. Very few pepperoni slices on my sausage, pepperoni pizza. The sausage was "light" and had barely any flavor. This place is a no for me. I will continue to travel over the border to Waukegan for Quonset Pizza.

I grew up on Chicago Pizza. I've been making pizzas since I was 14 years old and I'm now 77 years old. If someone came from New York or California and wanted to sample the classic Chicago thin crust pizza, I would take them to Wells Brothers. It's that good.

Good pizza, great appetizers. Busy, little place. I saw other dishes that looked so good! Salads, spaghetti and meatballs, burgers, etc.

Amazing great thin crust pizza. Reminds me of Barnaby's but not quite as crispy. The pizza was excellent. I had a double pepperoni Pizza . The only problem is keeping it warm all the way home into Illinois . I might have to get a thermal Pizza bag ! This place has been in business for over 100 years. Must be doing something right!Parking: Easy enough to find parking here even on busy Saturday nights.

The table we sat at was a bit interesting for dining, probably more for bar drinks and apps.

Met one of the owner’s at a different establishment in Milwaukee on St patty’s day. When he told us he was one of the owners of this place and how good the food was we just had to check it out even though it’s a little bit of a drive for us. Have to say we weren’t disappointed by any means. Our cheesy & regular garlic bread was delicious and the cracker crust pizza amazing. Not sure when, but we’ll be back. Oh the service was just as excellent. Thanks for a great experience.

Friendly and accommodating atmosphere. Server was extremely busy but still found the time to take care of us. Food was a mix. Waited a long time after the appetizer for it to come out. The place was very busy. Best bruchetta I have ever had. I ended up placing an order to go for later. The large pizza was odd in that it was cut into little one bite size squares? Never seen that before and not a fan. The Italian beef was on a Kaiser roll, which made the bottom very soggy at first bite. Normally, I see this on a hoagie well toasted, so that does not happen. Made the sandwich experience subpar as this became more of an open faced option. Beef, however, was really yummy. I'm definitely coming back hoping the two issues were a one-off. Also, prices are right on. Large pizza, 2 sodas, Italian beef with fries, 2 bruchetta, and tip at about $70.Parking: Lot is kinda janky. Plenty of parking around the restaurant, including the lot.
