Me and the family wanted some soul food for dinner. We came across this cute little place and decided to give it a try. Hubby got pork chops, spaghetti, greens and cornbread. I got fried chicken, Mac and cheese, greens, and corn bread. We will definitely be back soon!

Ordered through seamless. Thank goodness I called restaurant to request another dish. Very rude and hateful lady who answered phone said thet didn't use Seamless and didn't know why they were taking orders for them and my order had been rejected after I had been charged of course. Called Seamless and they said they would reversed the charge. Called back Mariscos Jimmy's and told them and again the person answering the phone was just awful. Why rude to me? I'm the one who ordered and got charged for a cancelled order. Stay away from this place!!! They obviously do not appreciate nor want business.

Definitely a place to check out. Jimmy's specializes is shrimp. Not surprisingly, their speciality taco is a shrimp taco called The Jimmy. It's a fried corn shell that they melt cheese into, then they load it up with sautéed shrimp and lots of fresh veggies (cabbage slaw, onion, cilantro, jalapeño). Some people have issues with cheese and shrimp but it works here. The Jimmy is served with a creamy smokey chipotle sauce, yum. A great taco with some unique elements. Complementary chips and salsa and the salsa didn't disappoint. The rice was exceptional, better than most side rice we've had, a fav at our table. The steak taco was also very flavorful. The couple that own Jimmy's were gracious and took good care of us. They gave us scratch made slushies for dessert, yes they make their own slushie syrup! The vanilla was amazing! It tasted like horchata but sweeter with a hint of butterscotch. Thank you Jimmy's we'll be back!

This place is the hidden gem of Racine. Place might not look appealing or extravagant but don't let their looks fool you. This place is on the rise and deservedly. Food is bomb, flavor is different then anything around. Be ready to take your tastebuds for a wild ride

I have been looking on Yelp for different restaurants in the area. No matter what I searched the ad for this place keeps popping up. I look at the ad to see what it is all about. I t looks promising and I was wanting something cold. Seemed healthier than just ice cream. I drove over there to see what they had to offer. I arrived there on a Tuesday at about 3:15. There was a sign on the door that said it was closed. That they would open at 9. Guess I'll never know.
