shoutout to Gaige who took our order tonight- he was very helpful and friendly and also asked for a good review lol I really like this location! Service has always been fast and I’ve always received the correct order. The employees have always been super fun and helpful! My only complaint is that the music played there is often on the loud side, but I’m usually able to be in and out quickly because of fast service so I can’t really complain:)

Listen. I’ll start off by saying I love this location. *most* of the employees working there are very friendly and helpful. My bad experience came today when I was paying with my card and this new girl that I had never seen there yet before, took my credit card back into the building and gave herself a $5 tip on a $9 order. Not really sure what that was all about. I want to keep coming back here but also don’t want to have that happen again

Such a great addition to the community. Great drinks & the kind service is incredible every single time. It's BUSY, so as long as you're patient & have the mindset that it's worth the wait, you'll have a positive experience - there's a reason the line is always massive. Great work 7 Brews!

There is NO reason why people need to sit in line for 20-30 minutes for coffee and once your in line there is no way out music is loud in drive thru what happened to the employees that came to your car and took your order. This method made the line go quicker this place sucks -10 for service

the employees at this stand are always so lovely! they hustle in these cold weather months like it doesn’t bother them and they are so wonderful to interact with. as someone who has worked in food service before, i know it is not easy but they make it look like it is. they handle everything with grace and work as hard as they can everyday. my drinks are always delicious and i am very happy to have a 7Brew in wausau! for being such a new location in the busiest area of town, they are doing good and i believe this stand is ran very well as everyone seems happy to be there!!

I’ve seen comments complaining about the wait, but I don’t think people realize these employees are working in below-zero temperatures with smiles on their faces—while customers sit comfortably in warm cars. I come for the drinks and the people, and I’ll definitely keep coming back
