A member in our group mentioned that they had a specific flavor of ice cream that we liked so we headed there after dinner on Saturday, September 2nd after looking up their hours on their website. When we arrived at 7:50 p.m. (website said they were open until 9:00 p.m.) both OPEN signs were on so we opened the door to see a group of three waiting in line. After a brief moment, worker looked up and said, "We are not serving anybody else today." I politely responded, "your website says you are open until 9:00 p.m." After not getting a response we left the building with a sour taste in our mouth (and not from the Key Lime Pie ice cream we had drove 15 miles one way to get). I understand not having a chance to change the website to a different closing time, but clearly they had planned on being open until 8:00 p.m. because if not, the OPEN signs would have been turned off.

Great ice cream, friendly service, but an unmentioned added "tip" on the receipt almost doubled the cost of two $6+ shakes. $12 something for the shakes and a $10.47 tip was a shocker. They were busy when we left and maybe we should have gone back and made a big deal about it, but choose not to do so. We'll remember to make sure there are NO MORE unauthorized tips if we ever go back. I think that is a crooked business practice. Be careful!

Banana split yummy!!!! My friend and I shared but he ate it all because it was soooooo good. The staff was kinda weird and gave us some side eyes but I didn't care too much. Super chill vibes inside :D
