This location is horribly pathetic, at least it is if you a person of color. I honestly can not believe every time I’ve come to this location I have had to wait longer than the vehicle ahead and the vehicles(plural) behind me. It’s simple sandwiches no chicken or anything like that. I am sitting in the drive-through right now pulling up to the curb while three other vehicles are pulled off behind me and I had to wait still.

Well ordered chicken tenders and curly fries, the chicken tenders were overcooked hardly had any taste. The curly fries were pieces of burnt extra crispy, there was one that had a curl to it the rest I trashed half of them.

Said food would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. Took over 30. No one has time to wait like this, especially when ordering ahead for a specific pickup time. No explanation in restaurant besides app was wrong.... 30 min for fast food? Food was not great as well. Avoid this restaurant!
I ordered the buffalo chicken sliders and the chicken was so small and cold. The bun was bigger than the chicken. I have had these before and the chicken usually hangs off.

Placed an online order for drive through pickup using the Arby’s app. It said it would be ready by 10:09AM. I waited in the drive through and no one helped me. I tried calling the store and no one answered the phone. I tried all the doors and they were locked. My wife called later only to be told they aren’t opening until later today, that I could come back and they would make the order or we will have to call back on Monday to get a refund. Very frustrating experience.

Dont the drivers to deliver have GPS? Once again food is cold because the driver doesn't know how to get from Mukwonago to Big Bend? What a crock! Food was COLD, shake turned into milk and top it off the roast beef didn't have any sauce and was as dry as shoe leather. I'm done giving this place a chance. Reminds me of McDonald's in Mukwonago! Never ever gets an order right, NEVER!
