Badger Burger Company Mukwonago

We have always liked Badger burger. But this time the service was horrible. There were only people at 4 tables so it wasn’t busy. Our server was ok at first. When our food came we were not given napkins or utensils. Had to ask for them. The server did come back to ask how we were doing. Then we didn’t see him again for awhile. We waited and waited for the bill, by this time we were the only table that I could see with people. Finally a bus girl saw that I was looking for him she came and we told her that we wanted the bill. She brought it back to us and apologized. We never saw our server again. I also ordered a drink ask for a single tall and was charged 10.00 for the drink. Can’t imagine what a double costs. I’m so disappointed because it was one of my favorite places to go. The burgers were ok. I thought they used to be better. I think they really skimped on the toppings.

My husband and I were sat right away which was amazing! We sat there for approximately 20 minutes with no employee coming up to us. Employee were walking past routinely throughout these 20 minutes as well. No drink order was taken, other tables around us who were sat after us were able to put there orders in. We attempted to get the attention of the server who was taking care of tables around us. The server continued to walk right past us with absolutely no acknowledgment. We ended up getting up and leaving. Will absolutely not recommend this place to anyone or be back.

Love being able to swing over for a bloody after work or food for my family. Really happy they have healthy wrap options too! Everything is always yummy. Great staff!

I can't give the food a 5 because all we had was bloody Mary's but wow were they delicious. We plan on coming in next weekend to try the food, cool place tvs everywhere. Can't wait to try the food tho

Was really excited to try this place while passing through Mukwonago. Was very disappointed. We asked to sit outside...even asked if they had enough staff to manage that and they said yes that was fine. Ordered fairly quickly however then waited nearly 45 minutes for our food. My seven and nine year old were of course running out of patience. When the food came out everything was cold. Big bummer. Will definitely not be back.

Seated quickly. Server came promptly and took drink orders. Wait for 2 fish fry's on a Friday evening was very long. Server came back often to apologize for wait which was appreciated. Food quality just ok- both dinners luke warm Kitchen seemed overwhelmed. Long wait to pay as well. Disappointing...

Kid-friendliness: I did not take my kids, but the speed of service and friendly atmosphere would have me likely to bring my kids next time I visit this establishment.

The Wisconsinite burger was dry. They forgot to bring the rye bread & coleslaw with our fish fry. The hostess asked us to move out of her way when we arrived.
We’ve always enjoyed our meals and this one time won’t stop us from coming back.
We miss James!

Do not go here. The service is terrible. Me and my family sat there for over two hours and got nothing but drinks. They took our orders about 10 minutes in and we still didn’t get our food, I mean what the hell? They weren’t even that busy and their excuse was there was an event, an event that arrived about an hour and a half after us, you couldn’t have made our food before they got there? You had an hour and a half to make it. We ended up leaving because it turns out they never, and I mean never put our order in. Do not go here, go somewhere else.

Nice place, the service was great. Parking was a little tricky, you can only access the place northbound on 83.

The place is really very nice, the food is excellent, they also speak Spanish, they have a lot of variety of drinks ? to have a good time, if you want to enjoy a very good burger, I recommend it.

Parking: There is parking in front of the business and around the corner on the street.
