Friendly service. We tried a seasonal coffee, an energy drink, the garlic grilled cheese, and the pizza melt. Everything was tasty. Definitely will be coming back to try more!

Honestly, it has been really sad to not like this place. I 100% love to support local, and see others recommend me to go here. Since I’ve moved to Mukwonago a few months ago I’ve given them 3 tries and am very disappointed. Going through the drive through, whether it be 1 drink, or 3 drinks- you are guaranteed to wait over 10 minutes at the window. Want to add food to the order? Probably add atleast another 5-10 minutes. It gets to the point where it seems not worth it to wait anymore. Maybe in the future I will give them another chance, but definitely do not recommend if you are in a hurry to get anywhere quickly & try to go through the drive thru.

The wait times are RIDICULOUS. Waited over 20 minutes for my one drink and there was no one else in the drive thru.
Waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks. There were 10-12 people in the same boat waiting with no explanation as to what was taking so long. Service was horrible!! Someone was making bakery boxes and walking around handing out free drink coupons to apologize rather than helping get the orders out quicker. They have pre-printed "we're sorry" free drink coupons, so this is obviously a regular thing. 0/5 would not recommend this place. Starbucks isn't far, go there if you don't have an hour to waste.

I understand being busy, or having other customers to tend to, but when I stopped in there with my kids today I was very disappointed in the poor service. No eye contact, no smiles, no nothing. I stood at the order counter for at least 5 minutes without be being acknowledged. A simple, “we’ll be with in a moment” would have possibly kept me there, but I was so frustrated we just left.
