I used to love Chen’s and always told friends and family to go there, but for the past year their food is always cold. Nothing worse than cold food that is NOT supposed to be cold. It doesn’t matter what you say because the manager just says “sorry” and walks away. Buffet food needs to be at a set temperature. Perhaps if they arrived earlier to heat up the warmers for the buffet it would taste a lot better. I gave 2 stars for the temperature , not the food itself. The food is delicious, but it’s gross when you have to eat food that’s not the right temperature. Very disappointed because this is my go to place.

BUFFET : Most things were pretty good for American-Chinese style food. The breaded chicken isn't the best. It's dry. The egg foo young was great. Soups were good too. The chicken skewer was delicious. Most meats other than the breaded ones weren't dry and tender. Vegetables were delicious.
