Store was cold, the clerk didn't try to upsell me to a combo or even a bigger sandwich, I got a cheese steak and there was more lettuce than meat. 2 employees were talking how it sucks there, and one was swearing every other word. The other guy was telling him to watch his language but he didn't care. Needless to say we won't be back .

Will not be going back to this location. Terrible service and even worse food! The order I placed was completely wrong. One sub was a simple clue with no tomatoes or onions with bacon. Instead we got a turkey sub with pickles, tomatoes, onions and something that made it spicy and wrong cookies. My family will not be returning. The Waukesha locations are much better.

I can’t say enough great things about Cousins Subs! I recently placed a catering order for my daughter’s swim party, assuming it would be delivered, only to realize that I was supposed to arrange for DoorDash. With a dozen kids to supervise, I was in a total bind. Enter Derek, the amazing manager at Cousins. He completely saved the day by personally delivering the order himself, even though it wasn’t their responsibility! The subs were delicious, the service was above and beyond, and they truly made our party a success. Thank you, Cousins Subs and Derek, for going the extra mile!

I love it for what I get: Ham and Provalone sub. Great bread and mayo paired with all the other great ingredients. I don't love the other subs as much, but that just comes down to what a person likes.

Ordered the cheese steak and got multiple mouth fulls of shaved off bones. Not appetizing.But the cheese curds are good.

Worst Cousins ever. There is no entrance to the drive thru. They have an exit, but no entrance.... ??? At the window, she handed me a laminated paper menu with no pricing. One split foot-long & 2 cups of soup = $28!! I received the wrong bread, sparsely populated with meat, paper thin cheese, etc. The "broccoli cheese" soup was palatable. I will never go to a Cousins again.
