I don’t know what’s going on at this Cousins, but it’s a mess. The service was slow, the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, and employees were talking to each other more than communicating with customers. The whole place felt disorganized. My food was thrown together like nobody cared, and for the price, that’s embarrassing. Management clearly isn’t paying attention because the vibe is stressful and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the stop when there are way better places nearby.

One small piece of ham on a ham and cheese sub that the bread was wrapped around. They also forgot the tomato. No thank you. Not at these prices. What happened to Cousins? They used to be good Edited to add: I have been going to Cousins Subs for over 20 years. The bread quality has changed to being very tasteless and thin and with this lack of contents, including lettuce, would not recommend to anyone at this point.

Have been to this location 4 or five times now with shift manager Donald always delivering below expectations, this recent event on 1-2-26 we waited over 20 minutes for our basic sub order, not during peak hours, and when my hot sub sat on the counter the night shift manager acknowledged that it had been closer to 25 minutes for a dine in order and said he would take care of it. The he had to give me was not mine and it was not correct. It was remade and at this point taken to go. Donald was more worried about ending his shift at 4:30 than making sure his crew was covered and was pulling crew members from thier tasks assigned causing confusion and frustration. Poor service this I is a known franchise location, store gen manager should be embarrassed reading these comments. You have the process fix the people. Disappointed will not be returning. 0/5

I forgot to mention I wanted it toasted. They found it was too late in processing. He came back a few minutes later saying they are gonna make it toasted for me! Smiles from the two associates i worked with !

Spent $40 for 2 people and sandwiches are half full, at best. Got soups, sandwiches, chips, and drinks. Left hungry. Stopped going here because their sandwiches have barely any meat in them. Asking for extra mayo is a joke. Sandwich is always dry

Today I ordered our subs around 12:25pm to be picked up at 4pm. They tasted like they were made when I ordered them at 12:25. Very disappointed with these sandwiches. And I used to like Cousins more then Subway. Maybe I'll have to try Subway in Mukwonago next time.

I called corporate, because they don't listen to the customer, they refused to do what I ask when I won something there, I contacted corporate they return the call said they would let the store know we can give you the 15inch not separate as 2 bought, They do not understand or want to listen to the customer here in mukwonago, corporate never got back to them the same day. I stopped in 2 times to see if corporate did contact them, that never happen as of 6pm to 7 pm. Absolutely pathetic for a store of cousins to not do what is asked. This kid was told what to do by a older lady he still refused to do what she said, Cousin's making a bad name in mukwonago, wi. Hi, again so both issues of not doing what the customer said was never resolved. The owner did and does not want to make it right. Corporate seems to not understand what costumer service is at this store, along with the owner. Also the ones that work there seem to think they don't have to do what they offer at the store that would be a 15 not three separate ones. The owner of this store lacks customer service by not providing service. The owner also disrespect people who put food and money into his pocket, oh atleast 10,000 dollars a year. Also that person's money spent at the store does not mean anything to the owner or corporate by there service. I like these repeated AI post so customer friendly. Welcome to mukwonago.
