Today I ordered our subs around 12:25pm to be picked up at 4pm. They tasted like they were made when I ordered them at 12:25. Very disappointed with these sandwiches. And I used to like Cousins more then Subway. Maybe I'll have to try Subway in Mukwonago next time.

I called corporate, because they don't listen to the customer, they refused to do what I ask when I won something there, I contacted corporate they return the call said they would let the store know we can give you the 15inch not separate as 2 bought, They do not understand or want to listen to the customer here in mukwonago, corporate never got back to them the same day. I stopped in 2 times to see if corporate did contact them, that never happen as of 6pm to 7 pm. Absolutely pathetic for a store of cousins to not do what is asked. This kid was told what to do by a older lady he still refused to do what she said, Cousin's making a bad name in mukwonago, wi. Hi, again so both issues of not doing what the customer said was never resolved. The owner did and does not want to make it right. Corporate seems to not understand what costumer service is at this store, along with the owner. Also the ones that work there seem to think they don't have to do what they offer at the store that would be a 15 not three separate ones. The owner of this store lacks customer service by not providing service. The owner also disrespect people who put food and money into his pocket, oh atleast 10,000 dollars a year. Also that person's money spent at the store does not mean anything to the owner or corporate by there service. I like these repeated AI post so customer friendly. Welcome to mukwonago.

I grew up on cousins living in Milwaukee WI. Moved to the Mukwonago area & so happy they have a store there. I order the party packs for the holidays with my children & grandchildren. Being disabled I can't cook like I used to. I did order an extra doz cookies so no fighting about them...lol🤣 The staff has always been friendly, professional & helpful. The store has always been clean & organized.

This is a well run store. I got there at the beginning of a lunch rush on a Saturday during Maxwell Street Days and the crew were doing a great job. Not showing any stress at all. Really well organized. My only frustration is while they have a drive up window, there doesn't seem to be an ordering point which leads me to assume it's for pre-order pickup. Considering the location of this store I can understand the challenges of a drive thru but was still hoping for one. I was kinda gross from work so I didn't really want to go inside to place this order but once I was in there, they took care of me real well.

I called and ordered one party box of 20. We talked about it and I wanted 10 turkey five ham and five Italian when I went to pick them up. They had four party boxes and said that that’s how I ordered it. I did not order four party boxes. It’s so upsetting that someone cannot take an order correctly over the phone. I spent time making sure that the lettuce tomato and onion was separate so it was a long conversation.
Prices keep going up. They messed up the order, I ordered turkey, and I got a surprise meat.

This Cousins has a very new and clean feel to it. When we ordered our food the staff was so very nice. Our subs came and were all nice and fluffy bread, not crushed like some other sub places. Visited with my kids and their half size subs were plenty large even for my middle schooler who can eat way more food than me. Definitely will be back here for more subs.

Store was cold, the clerk didn't try to upsell me to a combo or even a bigger sandwich, I got a cheese steak and there was more lettuce than meat. 2 employees were talking how it sucks there, and one was swearing every other word. The other guy was telling him to watch his language but he didn't care. Needless to say we won't be back .
