Worst Cousins ever. There is no entrance to the drive thru. They have an exit, but no entrance.... ??? At the window, she handed me a laminated paper menu with no pricing. One split foot-long & 2 cups of soup = $28!! I received the wrong bread, sparsely populated with meat, paper thin cheese, etc. The "broccoli cheese" soup was palatable. I will never go to a Cousins again.

Had a large order and sandwiches were all made to perfection. Doesn't happen much at other locations. Gentleman ringing up was so nice and even gave us a coupon discount without one. Definitely will return.

My husband came to pickup a sandwich and the shift manager that was on was the most unprofessional person. He was screaming and hollering at all the employees and even at a manager that came into help. I am sorry but this man should be fired!! You don't treat employees like that especially in front of customers. Those employees all should have walked out and left him hanging!! This was Saturday the 28th of October at 2:00 pm.

I’ve been to this location many times and always try to give the benefit of the doubt. Every time I go they either get my mobile order incorrect or I go to pick up my mobile order at the time it is scheduled to be ready and have to wait 30 + minutes longer while new customers come in order in the store and get their food first. This past time I waited at the drive up window with people avoiding eye contact for 20 minutes after I told them what I was there for. I called only to have them grab the food from the counter and it was completely cold.

Surprised how not great this was. Italian was mid, not great. Got a meal with a small drink and small cheese curds was almost $20! Stop asking for tips for counter service. Cheese curds were probably the saving grace and likely best I've ever had but probably won't be back. Restruant was so cold I couldn't even stand being in there long enough to eat.
