Ordered 3 burgers, fries and ice cream. $52 total. They forgot the ice cream and then we realized they also forgot the fries (once we were home).
My burger was terrible, the kids meal was ok. Terrible service and mediocre food. Now have to drive back to get a refund for the over priced, poor quality forgotten food.
If you’re going to charge high end burger prices for terrible food, at least hire competent people.
Have to drive back now just to get a refund for food we didn’t get.

My second in a row messed up fish dinner!! No coleslaw & No tartar sauce!! Plus fries are always mushy from hot food in an enclosed container.

The patty melt was ice cold and the little skimpy patty didn't even cover two thirds of the soggy cold bread. no seasoning and no flavor. it was so terrible, I had to throw it away. UPDATE The store reached out to me and was very accommodating and sent a coupan for another patty melt. so stay tuned, and we'll let you know how that one goes.But as always, the service here made me really happy.

I chose to use the carry out inside the restaurant. I realized I should have used the drive thru because i had a knee replacement and use a cane! I was going to make 2 trips but Dominic behind the counter realized I had a cane and helped me carry my food out!! Thank you Dominic so appreciate you and know I don't think another carry out restaurant would have done that! That's what makes Culvers special!!!
Sad to see how much this place has fallen since Greg’s passing, wait times are way too long. Along with so many employees working at the same time where there’s barely any room for them to walk without walking into each other

Today at culvers in Mukwonago I was refused open entry to the establishment. AGEISM. (Is the discrimination and stereotyping of people based on their age.) That's what happend to us. I've lost respect for this Culver's because I'm being harrased by older workers (Darlene Landon) My friends were refused open seating inside because they did not make a purchase. This has happened before during the winter months when we had to sit outside in the COLD. This also happens when we weren't allowed backpacks nor any other outside items. I am very disappointed with the miss treatment of us people because of our age!

It’s not bad, but the custard is almost never the right texture/consistency. More times than not, the custard has some grainy sort of texture, as if the ingredients have separated, or maybe the fats in the custard mixture haven’t been completely mixed in. It’s disappointing to expect good custard and then get grainy stuff that leaves are weird waxy feel behind. I just want some good custard man :/
