Just a PSA - I am normally a vanilla based ice cream flavor type of gal. Tonight my husband got the Flavor of the Day - Dark Chocolate PB Crunch. It was the most delicious custard I have ever had. I will go there every single time I see that flavor.

My boyfriend and I came here to get dinner during a busy Friday night. Everett the cashier was very welcoming, patient and kind. We wanted to give a shout out to not only Everett, but this Culver’s for having such friendly staff!

Order ice cream for family and all was great until looked at the chocolate shake…… it was more or less chocolate milk. Not thick and very watery. I returned it ask for a new shake that was not chocolate milk, worker remade it and then gave it to me….. it was still pretty much chocolate milk(very watery). Had to ask for the manager and finally on the 3rd try got a chocolate shake. Made me feel like the crazy one because I didn’t want to drink chocolate milk for my shake

This location is always so busy, but also surprisingly fast given the circumstances special shout out to worker sydney! i’ve observed Sydney with other customers when i’ve been at this store previously — she is ALWAYS so attentive to customers, SO helpful, with a kind attitude and a friendly face. her customer service skills STAND. OUT.

Amazing customer service. The parking lot is laid out quite strange and the drive thru is often backed uo to the street. Always very fast even with long lines and busy registers!

I cant speak for every Culver's but id assume there wouldn't be much difference in the good food and great people they hire. The 2 nearest me are East Troy and Mukwonago. Both are excellent. Im 68 and really appreciate the young workers politeness and energy. They all appear to enjoy their work. Ive never personally noticed a disgruntled employee . This speaks well of management. The food is consistently good. Im partial to the Butterburger double deluxe and Sourdough melt. I like their chili supreme and chicken cashew salad. At least once a week ill take my 89 yr old mother. Her go-to dishes are the Rubin, Chicken tenders and fried shrimp followed by a double hot fudge/strawberry sundae....2 spoons! Prices have risen like every other restaurant but are still a satisfying value.

This is by far the worst Culver’s around. We have given them a few tries and always seem to have missing and incorrect food. Today…cold burger, tomato that was supposed to be removed, burnt cheese curds and two kids meals miss both missing the fries.
