Online order, friend treating, cheesybreae & pepperoni with veggies,, over cooked hardly any sauce , cheese and vegetables missing, black olives were so shrivelled . Did not look like the commercial. Is this a franchise? How disappointing.

I have been having issues with the app. And when I try to call it keeps hanging up on me after I press 1 for English I wanted to order my child and I food but now I don’t even want to bother trying to get ahold of them because it feels like an obstacle

Been ordering from this location for about 4 years now, since I moved to the area, I have never had a bad pizza, bad service or timing.

Terrible customer service I ordered pasta bowls got the tiniest burnt pasta bowls and they didn't add my bacon on either I called to let them know and their response we didn't see the bacon and hey at least you didn't get charged for the bacon yeah because your site has it to when you click the bowl the bacon comes with it that's not excuse to not honor the order correctly and thank goodness I didn't get charged for it because I STILL wouldn't have received it. Then he proceeded to tell me the pasta bowls have 5oz of pasta in them and they charge $6.99 for that let's do some math 6.99÷ 5oz=$1.40 per oz of pasta that your paying so I was intrigued I went and looked up what's the price for penne noodles you can get (that's the noodles they use) you want to know what I found of course you do for a 16oz box of penne noodles it $1 wow and probably cheaper for them because they are a company I mean come on really I would have left a positive review if he would have just said hey look I apologize we messed up can we make you new ones or give you a free desert on the next order something you know? But no he said thank you so much for letting us know it's not charging customers for the bacon and thank goodness at least you weren't charged ...terrible customer service my recommendation don't order the pastas or better yet don't order dominos do better for the people of mukwonago I mean jeez is it so much to ask for a decent fair meal in town this is why so many folks don't eat in town! I keep trying to support mukwonago businesses but every experience is sub par at least at David Allan Allans the Mac is cheese is delicious and it's only $4.69. I recommend trying them for Mac n cheese

With sympathy for the one guy who was working today (best of luck to you).

Placed an order, online said 11-17 minutes. Arrived 25 minutes later to pick up, had not been started and said a minimum of an hour further wait. Similar experience Sunday night though there was more than one employee then and the quoted time on arrival was more than two hours.

Giving up on this location for the time being, would suggest trying any of the bar and grills in the area for pizza, or snagging some frozen pizzas. They’ll be ready quicker than any orders here.

Domino's 5 meats large was amazing, delicious and packed a flavorful punch.

The best Domino's I've ever visited! The toppings crust and sauce were top notch. Not all Domino's are created equal. This location can't be beat! A++++ Love ❤️

I placed a carry-out order today at 3:30 PM and arrived at 3:50 PM to pick it up. The gentleman at the counter told me it would be another 15 minutes, so I waited in my car. When I returned inside, an older woman then told me it would be another 15–20 minutes. By that point, it had been over an hour since I placed my order and more than 30 minutes of me waiting outside in my vehicle for my pizza.

What’s most frustrating is the complete inconsistency—your online tracker isn’t accurate, the staff inside gave conflicting wait times, and the overall process was poorly managed. While waiting, I watched at least three delivery drivers come back and load up multiple orders and saw around four other customers walk out with their food.

This kind of experience is unacceptable. If staffing is the issue, I strongly recommend raising your starting wages to attract more help—especially during busy weekends. Customers should not be penalized for poor scheduling or lack of staff.

I am extremely disappointed and would appreciate a response on how this will be addressed moving forward.

Wanted to order a pizza but they closed early. Update your hours to be accurate if you're going to close early.

I’ll eat it, but this was supposed to be square cut and the triangles aren’t even. Disappointing day topped with a disappointing dinner.

Great place...They push it out, taste good, always hot..They are really busy...so chill....good pizza, why, soft crust that tasre like dough....not that premade cracker crust everyone is using...thats garbage..

I tried to compliment the food and the delivery driver...Jodie.
The website kept asking me what's wrong and what can we do?

Instead of accepting a compliment they challenged me.
I even called the store and talked to the manager.
He said we have no control over this. It's all corporate.
So apparently corporate accepts that they have issues and automatically offer gifts to fix it.
Really disturbing.
That's my last Domino's order.
