The aroma when you walk in is filling. The food is good too.

Don't let the aroma fill you up. The food here is good as well.

Seen on TV, then 1 day just happened to drive by and decided to pop in. What a wonderful place. Popcorn, salad dressing, barbecue sauces, breads, candy, jams & jellies. Coffee, nuts, sausage, ice cream and tons more. I might be lynched for this but we did pick up their famous apple pie in a bag. It wasn't that great. Sorry, but it just wasn't. I would however go back, they have much more to pick up while there.

Cheese, homemade soups, deli, old fashioned candies, chips, meats, homemade salads and dressings, fresh vegetables and fruits and of course the bakery…home of the paper bag apple pie. I got the strawberry/ rhubarb crisp/crumble and it was delicious. You can stop in for a brat/hot dog, chips n pickle or hot beef sandwich…or take a frozen pit pie or soup(s) ….so many choices. Also, popcorn lovers stop here! The selection of corn kernels is something to see…right next to the soup kits and dip packets. Amazing!!!

We come here every year as part of the East Troy Bunny Train. It is our Easter tradition. We always purchase a ham, the ham glaze, creamed honey, the wrapped caramels, string cheese, rope cheese, beef sticks, the calico bean salad, raspberry and blackberry gummies, and an ice cream. This year we bought a salad and a small hot chicken pot pie also for lunch, and a large pot pie for dinner. It all was delicious! It is not inexpensive however. But you get what you pay for. We always enjoy coming here.
Drove over an hour to check them out. We had a great experience on pie day. Huge downside to driving an hour in the rain to get there and the bathroom is in a different building. So be prepared for that if you're older or have kids with you.

Stopped in on 3/19 around 5:30PM and saw a BOGO sign on the “yeast breads”. Grabbed two of varying flavors. Specifically asked the lady at the cookie counter if all the flavors of bread were BOGO. She verified that they were. Upon getting to the check out counter the breads did not ring up BOGO so asked the man at check out about this. He said “they aren’t BOGO today, they must have forgotten to take the sign down”. He was rather rude and didn’t even offer to honor the deal despite the sign being present AND the lady at the bakery counter verifying this. I also want to mention that the breads had stickers stating 3/18 on them. Not sure if this was the date they were baked on or sell by date? Regardless, I was rather turned off on the customer service I received.
Awesome & fun experience. Always quality items.
Everything is good! I always get the apple pie.
Love this place great pot pies.
