Our waitress never asked how our meal was and when I did voice my concerns it wasn't even acknowledged. I had to flake my fish on the fish tacos to make sure it wasn't prime rib strips. Also did not receive corn tortillas as i had requested. No offer of correction. I contacted management via email and have yet to hear anything back after 2 weeks. The food issue isn't as bad as no one actually cared that the food and service were not satisfactory. Used to be one of my favorite places. It'll be awhile now if ever...sad.

So this use to be one of my favorite places to eat, but lately the food has not been great, not sure if they got new cooks, but I'm not the only that feels this way which is unfortunate. Also they need to change their pricing for the Mac n cheese. $22 for a bowl of Mac n cheese is ridiculous. I get you have the option to add stuff to it, but if you're ordering just cheesy noodles bring the price down to at least $13.

It was the worst! I can't believe they served my wife, what they called a meat loaf sandwich. It was a pile of onion strings on top dryed out piece of meat on top of A burned piece of bread. Good job.

3.5 ⭐️ if I could give that as a rating….

Having been here several times in the last few years, I felt it was time to write a review.
I feel that most everything was worth 4 star rating, I only had one disappointment.
The positives: the food is consistent, never had a bad item off the menu, or cooked poorly, the salads are amazing (the candied walnuts are so good!) and the shredded onion rings are great. However, if you’ve had their Mac and cheese over the years, I think the cheese sauce is different. Tastes more like velveeta. Not a fan anymore, & for the price, I’d rather have a meal with protein.

The negative:
The drinks are a bit expensive & this last time, I had a casamigos tequila & seltzer, and I honestly don’t think there was a lot of tequila in it, my daughters had a mule for $11 & an autumn drink for $12.00. They have a great variety of drinks, but if I’m paying $10+ for a drink, I kinda want to taste the booze in it!?
They have these lamp shades hanging from the ceiling & I couldn’t help but notice the dust on the shades & the clear line that they hang from. Might be time to change them out 🤔
This last time there, we had a steak sandwich, meatloaf dinner & a cup of crab bisque. Everything was good.z The crab bisque was delicious, it was very rich!
I had a Caesar salad w/ grilled chicken, & I added tomatoes. They charged me $.50 to add a few grape tomatoes.

The place gets a little loud but that's what you expect from a popular gathering spot. Food and staff are great! It's our go to place to meet friends.

If you're ever in Mukwonago, Wisconsin get to The Fork in the Road. Their food is amazing and prices are extremely reasonable. I'm addicted to their fried chicken and it's my go to item when we're there visiting family. The staff is super friendly. They had a fire a couple years ago but have rebuilt and now its better than ever. Its a very quaint building in small town America. Truly Americana at it's best. I had to adjust my review because the prices have gotten ridiculous. I’m not poor but I won’t pay $23.50 for a chicken dinner.

I would put this in my top five restaurants in Southeastern WI. I love the food, the building, the decor, and most of all, the staff. I have eaten here many times now, with family, friends, and customers - I cannot recall a single time of being disappointed. Like many great restaurants, when it is the busy times - aka Friday Night for the phenomenal fish fry - be prepared for some wait time. I will be back again and I am thrilled that we live only 7 miles from the Fork!
