1st time there. Bartender friendly was very knowledgeable of the rich history of the of the bar n the property. Which included Heaven City restaurant which closed 8 yrs ago. In a way it took you back a step in time. Fun. Thank you.

OK so first of all we don't live nearby because we are in West Allis but we come into Maxwell Days sometimes and we stopped on the way back home because it was a nice day and this was a really interesting place because obviously there were a lot of regulars but it also seemed like the bartender was intoxicated also and they did not have a wine selection (Red) it seemed more of a shot n a beer kinda place.
At 1st I wasn't sure if this was a bar or not I thought it was just apartments with a cool old tavern sign in back. It is a bar and it's worth checking out really nice and clean good staff and nice customers as well. Good prices nice environment right on the highway.
