The food here is very hit or miss. Either the fries are very fresh, or they taste/smell like stale armpit and you just throw them out because of how disgusting they are. Please stop serving armpit fries, it's never ok, even if you're slow. Please be decent to your customers and give us good fries and food in general. I'm afraid to ask for regular tasting fries after getting these armpit fries due to the poor attitude of the man who's always the one at the counter when the fries are disgusting, I fear him doing something to the fries if I say something because he already seems annoyed in the first place that I'm bothering him by disturbing his peace by ordering food with him.

Waited at the register for 5 mins before someone came up. Every table in the restaurant was filthy. Took 20 mins for our order to come up. There were maybe 10 people in the whole place. No straws, no ketchup, no shake, no fries in the happy meal. Unbelievable.

I’d give zero stars if I could. This store is complete garbage if you decide to go inside especially, it always smells, there’s fruit flies always around. The workers absolutely suck and if you have a question about your order or want to contact the store they NEVER answer the phone. So don’t even bother.

Ordered on the app and clicked on free fries (free fry Friday). The app apparently malfunctioned and did not include the free fries with the order. They didn't put the fries in the bag. I showed the guy the free fries on the app with the code and he said there's nothing he could do. What kind of craziness is that? I feel bad for the nice folks of Mukwonago that have to go this crappy mcdonalds. Just go to East troy or Big Bend if you want Mcdonalds.

they literally do not care about what they're giving you at all. they just will throw together whatever they feel like and give it to you. got a mcflurry two different times, and each time they just put all the stuff on top, and nothing inside the actual ice cream.
