Messed up my order again. Noticed after I had left. Drove back and walked inside. No one was around. Put my food on the counter and left. Don't have time on lunch to go back for them to get it right. Lost all faith that even the remake would be right. The company as a whole does not care if orders are right. Does not matter the location. Another time going hungry I guess.

They always screw up the order and when you call them, you cannot understand the manager on the other end. 2 time in a row and they screwed it up. Their prices are more than other McDonald's, the orders are always wrong and the fries are always old.

I am absolutely delighted to say I will forever be coming back to this location!! Aloey (I’m so sorry if I got the name wrong!) helped me — so short back story I’m a hello kitty collector and when I say the hello kitty x tmnt collab I had to get them all! Not only did he help me by looking through his inventory for ones that I didn’t have but he also was working alone and still managed to make my day by finding more!! I am so grateful and this guy deserves a raise, he has such a great attitude and is extremely kind!!

Did a mobile order, credit card was charged, and got a code to present in the drive thru. I go though drive and give them the code they say the order doesn’t exist. I confirm the address of the McDonalds, pull up the bank app see the charge, have the reciept on the app, and give them the code again. “The order doesn’t exist” seems like it exists on the app, and through my bank since it shows the charge. They tell me to drive back around and order the food again. If I didn’t have a hungry 2 year old I would have just left, but not an option at the time. Go though drive again and wait in line, order the food again, pay at the first window, get to the second window, lady opens the window and says “why are you back again” I told her I ordered. She stated “it didn’t work” I hear someone in the background say “ that’s your guy…he’s so stupid” I explain that I literally just talked to the kid over the speaker, ordered, and paid at the first window, she then proceeds to quiz me on my order. Then says ok basically tosses the happy meal box out the window and says bye smirking. Not sure if business is bad so they need to charge everyone a second time, or it’s just a fun game they play to mess with customers. Haven’t been to this McDonalds in a long time, but was visiting family and it was the only one nearby. Pretty sad the state of affairs here. Will certainly be reaching out to McDonald’s corporate next week.

Everytime I go to this location they mess up the entire order. Today I asked for 2 bacon mc griddles and a sausage mcmuffin. All I got was bacon on 1 of the griddles the other somehow magically had sausage on it no cheese nothing else. My mcmuffin was pancake bread not a English muffin like its supposed to come with. This location is garbage and needs new staff! I waited at the window for my food for 5 mins just for them to mess everything up!
