Only ever order from pizza hut due to Cinnabons but not worth headache. Waited over hour and half with tracker saying in progress. I called and it apparently was canceled and i wasn't called. What a joke.

On 10/1/2024, We ordered from this location the following items: 6 pastas, 2 pizza melts, and 1 large hand tossed pizza. On 1 of the 6 pastas, 1 was almost gone (like it had been eaten from) when we received it. The other 5 were untouched. The melts were burnt, over cooked and on one, the dough was falling apart like it wasn’t even cooked. With the pizza we ordered, we had ordered a large hand tossed meat lovers. The dough was not hand tossed and it was thin and soggy. As soon as I picked up a piece, the slice bent down so far that the toppings could fall off. In addition to that, the toppings only covered half of the pizza. The order was supposed to be done by 10:10 PM. We waited until 11:50PM to get our food. The total of the bill costed $120.28 and of that, only $18 worth of item ordered (not mentioned) had no issues. When I called on 10/3/24 about the order, the General Manager said, “Im sorry about your experience with us and I would love to make you have a better one next time. Unfortunately it is too late to issue a refund or any type of credit with us.” When asked about re-making the food, the General Manager said, “i’m sorry, but for me to do that, I have to charge you.”
MY RECOMMENDATION: do NOT go to this pizza hut location. There are plenty of other locations to choose from with staff who will gladly fix your problems and make things right. If you need to find another location to go to, visit Pizza Huts website and search for locations. Muskego, Waukesha locations have given me no issues.

This (location) is unbelievably despicable. They don’t care about their customers and putting them at risk for food posioning!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!! ALL MY FOOD WAS RAW!!!

Just received a delivery order from this very expensive and notoriously bad Pizza Hut store. The order was complicated to place, because the child who answered the phone was clearly stoned out of his mind and struggled to hold conversation. The food took an unnecessary amount of time to be delivered and then the order didn’t have everything that was supposed to be in it. Additionally, they sent us breadsticks that very clearly weren’t even cooked. This is not my first poor experience from this location, but it will be my last.
