Thought burritos came wrapped in tortillas. Don't understand why someone would send a burrito out like this without thinking to either rewrap it or even better, just double wrap it so it doesn't completely deteriorate on the customer when they get home...

The shredded brisket at this location is always fresh, moist, and flavorful. The staff is friendly and pleasant, even under pressure with a crowd. Whenever I get to Muwonago, this is my favorite place to stop and grab lunch!

The food just wasn't hot enough again. Only the black beans were warm. We ate inside..but it got busy after I ordered. I did not tell them this time. I was very hungry. Ate about 2/3's of it as is.Parking: The snow was hard to walk in. From the car. Lot wasn't plowed to well. We had one person used handicapped parking. She was scared walking to her car in front of the building.

Each time I've Been to this location, (mukwonago wi) one of the workers preparing the orders has a FULL beard. I would think it would be Qdoba's food preparation policy to require employees to wear beard nets. In addition to that I feel hats or hair nets should be worn as well. You're preparing food for human consumption. Nobody wants someone else's hair in their food. C'mon Qdoba do better.
I frequent this establishment a lot and have to say the current crew is solid. Food is always hot and portions are of fair size. Restaurant is always clean and staff is friendly. This is my favorite Qdoba around!

Enjoying half of the burrito bowl I ordered. Whats going on over there? Missing all salsa selections (pico and corn), no jalapeños, no tortilla strips, literally 2 peices diced onions, and PLEASE cut the lettuce (i had gigantic leaves). Will be reconsidering my dinner choice next time...Chen's?

Got chips & queso last night. Hard to believe they could screw that up. Chips were very dark and had an odd taste ( like old oil). Queso was too thick. Not the nice smooth dip it should be.
