This chic currently gave me a mocha frap when I specifically said Carmel frap twice and then proceeded to give me the ribbon crunch when I never said that. I understand people can have bad days but I literally said it like two three times

Watched one server wipe her nose w her hand and proceed to serve drinks. Immediately after, her colleague did same. THEN, the young man refilled the ice, dropped some things on the floor, picked them up, put them in trash, and then proceeded to wait on a customer. PEOPLE!!!!! Wear gloves or wash your hands constantly. Awareness please!!!
