This is a fine Starbucks, they get pretty slammed so try to give them a break if they make a mistake. A mistake isn't the end of the world and they can always remake your drink.
But yeah the workers here are friendly and they get the job done.

I work at the bank in metro market and get starbucks nearly daily. The ladies that work there are so nice and give the best recommendations. I started here jan of 24 and as of oct of 24, if there is no line, we will sit and chat a little bit. I will truly miss them when the bank finishes the consolidation. Some of the best drinks I have had have been from this location. I will definitely be making the special trip back just to see them.

I try to be understanding and either keep my reviews positive or not make one at all but the person with the they/them name tag needs to pull their customer service skills together. I ordered a grande pumpkin spice Frappuccino with caramel drizzle and without rambling, they couldn’t manage to make my drink right until the third time because they wouldn’t take a second to just re-ask my order. Waited patiently and even apologized just to get a clear attitude and still not even get the right size or caramel drizzle in the end. At that point there was no point in bothering because it was obvious the rush was stressing them out and they weren’t going to care about individual quality. First time I was able to get something for myself, however minute, in a while and it was a completely uncomfortable experience.

Ordered a drink NO ICE even said it on the sticker, GAVE FULL ICE and it was a pickup so I got screwed couldn’t take it back and have it “fixed”
Update: got a full refund via the app, stay away from this Starbucks though and go to the one down the street

It was quite an interesting experience visiting this particular Starbucks location early in the morning. While I understand that the one person working was doing their best, it was quite frustrating to wait over 20 minutes for my order. And I wasn't the only one - there were at least 15 other customers also waiting and getting more and more impatient. It's a shame that the management didn't see the need for at least 2 workers during such a busy time of day.

One inexperienced worker couldn’t ring up my order and the experienced worker was very rude. They never get my order right and this time filled it up halfway because I ordered no ice. I ordered a pastry that wasn’t even heated up. Never going

I have been ordering strawberry acai drinks, just base no ice, and a cup of coconut milk. I mix it myself at work so I have drinks throughout my day. I've ordered it this way for a long time at all the Starbucks I go to. This one was the rudest snotty manager I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. She saw me, before I ordered ran up to me and said I talked to my manager and we have to add water to the base. I said I've never had problems at other Starbucks ordering that way. She said well I talked to my manager and I'm the manager here and you can't order that way. I started to order my coffee and said cancel that. I will NEVER come here again. I was appalled at how I was treated over the way I order my drinks. Side note a Starbucks employee gave me this suggestion on ordering the way I order that refresher.

I just ordered a carmel apple latte and received apple juice with whipped cream on top.. I tried telling the batistas that a latte has espresso in it and this had no coffee or espresso whatsoever. They disagreed and said this is a latte..
