Highly disappointed today as this business cannot open on time. I waited 25 minutes then left.

Went thru the drive thru around 8pm. Ordered the #1 meal, as I was waiting at the window for my order I saw the manager/owner rub his nose 3 times and continued to make ice cream orders without washing his hands. He then placed napkins in a bag and proceeded to hand it to me. I told him that I saw him rubbing his nose and he needed to wash them. He said to me " I didn't bag your food." I said he still needed to wash his hands. He asked if I wanted my order remade and I said yes. When I got home with my food the napkins were balled up and shoved into my bag. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

It's DQ ice cream, so it's what you expect but there is a nice young man that works there that is always happy to see us. He's even happier to see our dogs in the back when we come through the drive through. That right there brings us back.

Been in Muskego 5 years, and we have always had a great experience here. Staff, especially Sandy, is always friendly and welcoming. The ice cream cakes we have ordered (over 20 probably) are perfect. Food is fresh.

Dairy Queen is a great option if you are looking for soft serve twist with chocolate coating. This diary queen is part of a gas station, and to me in always has a bit of a "smell".

The staff are friendly and efficient.

We will NEVER stop at this DQ again. My wife and I stop there to get an ice cream after having a nice dinner with family at Texas Roadhouse. When we got there I needed to use the restroom. While I was in there I witnessed one of the DQ workers coming out of a stall after taking a dump and went right back to work without even stopping by the sink to wash his hands!!!!! After I was done washing my hands I went up to the counter and called him out on it, and told him how disgusting he is. Needless to say we did buy anything from there and we will NEVER stop back at this DQ.

I ordered a cake for my Son's birthday which happens to be Christmas. The cake i ordered was decorated poorly. They went in back to fix it, which took forever. I had decided to take a predecorated instead of my special order but was told, no,no just 2 more minutes.... which was ten. They said it was all fixed. I felt forced into taking a cake that was less than what I expected and to boot found a hair in the frosting when serving the cake. I will never order at this store again.
