Why did I have to wait 40 minutes to get my drink? The worker literally only took care of the drive through I needed to be somewhere but since I was inside I had to wait 40 minutes. This is just ridiculous

I know that DD sometimes gets a bad rap. I have been here a couple of times for the donuts. Early in the morning, they had plenty of fresh made ones and the service was very good. Got a couple dozen for some friends, and a very special Apple Fritter just for me. Thanks :)

Trish is the best! She makes the best coffee she’s by herself so sometimes there can be a wait but she works Thu it. Shes so kind I always pass that damn window tho lol

The manager does a great job running this location. A super kind person with an extremely persistent work ethic. I’m sure at times It can become tiresome running a store but this guy always has a smile on his face. There is also a female employee that I see often and she is always extremely pleasant as well. I’m not sure what her name is but another hard working person! The store is consistent with their food and drinks and service is quick! I really can’t say enough good things about this Dunkin! Keep up the great work!

Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwiches, it was made on rye bread that wasn't even toasted. I called there when I got home and was told that it was sourdough. I told him it was rye he didn't have a clue what rye bread was. I'll definitely keep my business with local and not a chain.

I went in, I ordered two donuts and an iced chai with light ice. They gave me a wrong donut and a cup filled with ice that was basically just milk with barely any hint of chai. I tried contacting them and they just gave me a we’re sorry email. So, if you want a $5 cup of ice with some milk and an incorrect order then go here. I will never return.
