Ordered a sub for delivery with extra lettuce, extra mayo, and EZ oil& vinegar, I got a sub with no mayo, no oil, and extra lettuce. I had also selected to include napkins and received none. For spending almost $20 after tax, tip, and delivery fee these little things should not be wrong or missing.

Ordered food at 11:09 for delivery. Called at 11:50 and was told they were very busy and leaving in 5 minutes. Called again at 12:20 and was told only one driver and he had 11 orders to deliver. Frustrated as our lunch is only an hour, asked to speak to a Manger and the manager did not even bother coming to the phone. He sent the poor girl answering the phone back to an upset customer to say delivery will be there soon. I have been in management for years and this poor customer service and lack of communication is unacceptable. I should have looked at the reviews ahead of time as this place is poorly rated and known for bad service. Never again will we order from here or any other Jimmy John's.

I ordered online using the app. I got my confirmation email right away at 12:02 And then 34 minutes later was sent a notification saying it was out for delivery. This wait was already way longer than it supposed was to be. I waited till 1:15 to call the store and ask where my delivery was as it still hadn’t been delivered. The guy who picked up said they only had one driver and that Uber or door dash had to pick it up, and that my sub had been ready since 12:15. After telling him that I received a notification that it was out for delivery he said the driver accidentally marked it as out for delivery. And that he would request for an uber or doordash driver to pick it up and deliver it. By the time I got notified an uber driver had picked it up it was 1:31. My order was delivered at 1:40. By no means should freaky fast delivery mean an hour and 40 minutes later. If you’re offering as soon as possible delivery, which I chose, you should be putting what time range that actually means. Extremely frustrating to revive my sub so late after ordering it, and have it be somewhat ripped apart and soggy from sitting out for so long.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon to get food. They said they were out of all bread as they were literally making sandwiches. Completely rude and immature teens that works there. Do not go there.

Old lady behind the casher ask me if i have a rewards which I don’t and I said maybe I should since I am always there once a week. Instead of asking me if i would like to join a young man making my sandwich said… ehhh they all said that and don’t come back in maybe a month… and the lady behind the casher agreed with a sour smile. Wow what customer service. Ha!

The day I placed my order for delivery, they didn't have a delivery driver so I called to cancel my order. Was told it was canceled but still waiting for refund a week later. Was rudly advised not their problem & to take it up with my bank. Not the first time I have received rude service from this location. I used to order 1-2 times per week. Will not order from them anymore!

Disgusting customer service. i walked in and there were 2 girls behind the counter talking and didnt even acknowledge my existence. one of the girls looked at me dead in the eye and said “ew get out your smelling up the place”. i was absolutely mortified! i then went on to order and when finished i approached the till and they didnt even wrap it up so it was just laying on there gathering all the bacteria off their dirty counters. when leaving the girl, short hair bob bug-like eyes and malnourished, turned to me and said “i spat in that”. i am traumatised and cannot believe i, as a fellow customer, got treated like that! absolutely disgusting

I got violently ill two times after evening there tuna sandwich. Placed an order for eight a day in advance, called and checked on it, and it still wasn’t ready for delivery at the time schedule. I had to send a guest from my home to the store to pick up the sandwiches. The store is staffed by young kids and the floor is filthy. Behind the counter there’s always food all over the floor and the young kids that work there do nothing to clean it out. I complained to Corporate and was told three times that the owner was given my information and would be in contact with me . That never happened. Terrible service, terrible food, dirty, atmosphere poor service starting from the top down. Made three complaints in early 2023, I never got a response from the owner, and have never spent one penny at this Jimmy Johns, or any other Jimmy Johns since February 2023. I used to be probably one of their top delivery customers. I am disabled and would order sandwiches to be delivered every time I had company and often just for meals myself. Jimmy Johns has lost a great deal of business by losing me as a customer. I have made sure I have told 100+ people how bad the store is.

A worker by the name of Carolyn Kopp physically assaulted me!! I ordered a #4 and she forgot the tomatoes so I asked her if i could get some on the sandwich. She then proceeded to pull some tomatoes out from inside her pants and put them on my sandwich!?! I was confused so I just threw the sandwich away and tried to leave, but as I walked out into the parking lot carolyn was already somehow outside! She then pushed me and beat me to the ground! She then started to make suggestive comments to me! IM A MINOR! I’ve never had service as bad as this before! Please consider firing her!
