So we didn’t eat tonight but had drinks with Morgan. You can’t ask for better service. Bar was full, but had a couple people come in that couldn’t wait till she came to them. Always have a couple like them. But overall, a great experience.

Gave it 1 star because I can't give 0 stars.. We received a FREE Entree coupon so we thought it would give the place a try. We walked in, and the side says, wait to be seated, stood there for 4 minutes. Finally, the bartender said, oh, just grab a table. So we grabbed a table and sat there for ten minutes, with nobody coming to the table at all. Considering it was not busy at all.Maybe four occupied tables at least a wait.This could I came over and said, I'll be there in a minute and brought us menus, but nothing. So we got up and left and went down to Coaches on Denoon and had a wonderful dinner.. Even with a free entree coupon.. Do not plan on ever going back to the LODGE..

I tried The Lodge a few years ago and the bright lights and noise level was too intense for me to go back. The food was marginal.
I went there two weeks ago or two years latter and the atmosphere has changed a lot.
The lighting is now lower, the Overbearing green floor has been removed and a nice gray natural floor has been put in place. Sound attenuation was installed to help lower the decibels. I can actually talk to my friends and my wife without them saying what did you say constantly. I’ve been there twice in three weeks and must say the food is outstanding. I highly recommend the special that they’ve had recently (steak sandwich), but I recommend asked for sautéed green peppers and mozzarella cheese. Either way it’s off the hook. The frickin chicken is really good and my wife had the barbecue bacon brisket burger. It was outstanding. Overall, I’m guessing all the food on their menu is really good. I recommend trying The Lodge. Everyone was friendly and a warm atmosphere.

Just went in to order to-go. My wife wanted steak sandwich and chili. Ordered it and took bag home. Soup was NOT chili, guess I should have opened everything but disappointed as it is below 0 outside and prefer not to go back to correct...

Went here because Bass Bay burned down, and it was very underwhelming. The food wasn't anything special, but the service was terrible. Won't go back.

Went to the lodge for dinner on Friday night, the walleye dinner was very good along with the hot clam chowder, crispy fries, and amazing service. Our server was fast and very sweet! We got waters as soon as we sat down! Whole experience was very satisfying! Will be back for more!
Very nice place. Never been so this was a new experience for us. Var tenders were on point all night and the bar offers reasonably priced drinks with a great selection. Food was good for bar food, we were very happy with the wings and walleye fingers! We’ll be back!

Ordered an order for take out. Ordered soup and it came with no silverware. Went back in and asked for some only to be told they don’t have any. Who does take out orders and doesn’t have silverware? Provided no napkins either. Burger was terrible! Wouldn’t recommend and definitely never go back.

Food was good the second time. The first time food was ice cold tasted horrible. The service was incredibly slow waited 35min for food and drinks and another 40min just to get the check. Server never even checked on us during our meal. This is the 2nd time the food has been bad the first time.

The brisket sandwich was really good. Both the fries and the homemade chips were exceptional. We had the baked French onion soup - very good! The decor was really cute! Love the up north lodge feel. Pleasantly surprised for a strip mall! It was a little heavy on the televisions, but the sound was down or off, so we could carry on a conversation comfortably. Finally, Addison (Addey) was our server, she is a beautiful young lady with a beautiful personality. She recommended items and gave her honest opinion, and took our substitutions in stride, much appreciated. She was very attentive and so friendly. We will definitely be back!
