I'm not sure how much more I can take of the quality of pizza coming out of the store. I get too many pizzas where the majority of the toppings are in the middle of the pie leaving one inch or more of crust. This makes it difficult to eat as a regular pizza slice. I'd would rather not eat a pizza with a fork. There is no attention to detail. I feel like the staff doesn't care and aren't proud of what they do. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years or more. It's just really disappointing to get pizza after pizza like this. In the past, I've called about my dissatisfaction and received a complementary pizza or two, but I'd prefer to have quality pizzas coming out of this store.

I know you don't care. You are a big corporation. You worship the dollar not the customer. But I just want you to know you have lost a customer. Thanks to a winey voiced pathetic "manager" who needs to learn about customer service and not passing the buck. I waited ten minutes past my delivery orders due time. Then I had to call them! Just to hear someone who had been hitting the helium (and in this town who knows what else) a little too much tell me she didn't have a door dasher. 1) not my problem. 2) maybe hire a real delivery person as dashers are not reliable. 3) had she just picked up the dang phone and called me . . . it's called communication if you are wondering . . . it would have been great customer service . . . I would have still had time to come pick up the order myself. . . .I would not have been pissed off . . . I would have thanked her for caring. Oh wait you have to have some level of management intelligence to do that. As it is you PISSED ME OFF AS I HAD TO CALL YOU AND YOU RUINED DINNER. Never ordering pappa pathetic john again. Its good pizza . . . god awful customer service . . . intolerable level of NOT caring . . . everyone in my circle will hear how I was treated.

The deals never went through while online ordering. Deliverly driver said she never got tipped on the app so I paid cash and twice. Didn't realize I never received my drink until after the driver ledt. Tried getting ahold of them to at least get my soda.no luck. Ended up paying $46 for a medium pizza and breadsticks. I'd recommend anywhere else

I haven't had papa johns probably close to 5 years. we don't have one in our city, why I'm not sure, by here we are. we're the fastest growing city in missouri, but I digrase. but our nearest one is 30 miles. I finally had it the other night, cause papa is one of my favorite pizzas, and it tasted better then ever. the kid on tiktok reminds me everyday who papa #1 in that category.

I've ordered here a few times, but did not have the experience that I had today. They delivered my order missing two items that cost me $7.00, and when I called to get my order delivered or refunded, the shift supervisor said he wasn't taught how to do that. Door dash who delivered won't respond. Don't order here. They basically stole $7.00 from me.
