I haven't had papa johns probably close to 5 years. we don't have one in our city, why I'm not sure, by here we are. we're the fastest growing city in missouri, but I digrase. but our nearest one is 30 miles. I finally had it the other night, cause papa is one of my favorite pizzas, and it tasted better then ever. the kid on tiktok reminds me everyday who papa #1 in that category.

Someone that works here blares their base music in the parking lot. Normally i wouldn't care, but late at night? Cmon, that's trailer trash behavior. Do better.

Ordered a medium pizza and garlic knots. Asked for pizza to be cooked well done and on arrival the pizza was undercooked and cold. While the garlic knots were burnt. Attempted to call the store to speak with a manager and was on hold for over 30 minutes with no one answering. Attempted to call again and still no answer. This was supposed to be our children’s dinner. Very disappointing service and food quality.

Ever since they started using DoorDash to deliver papa John’s sucks. My employer made a huge order today for it to be ready by 11:30 and it’s now an hour late and still has not been delivered. The pizza is sitting out waiting for a dasher to pick it up. Horrible service never ordering from papa John’s again.

I stopped in a little over a week ago to place an order. The only employee there was Michael, if I remember his name correctly. Simply outstanding service. My order was a bit different than most he's probably received but he took it in stride and really took care of me. We chatted a little bit too as he was getting it ready to go. Very kind man and personable. When I go back next, I hope to see him again. Great job hiring this guy and hopefully he gets a raise soon!
