This is my first time here, and it is early in the morning on a Saturday but it is very chill and relaxing in here. I love the decor and feel to this place.
Service is amazing, and it seems like the staff has regulars that they chat with, which means they do care about their customers.
When my coffee drinking relatives come to the area I will definitely take them here.

We were visiting from out of town and decided to stop by on our way to breakfast. We gave ourselves like 20 extra minutes to get coffee because it was a busy Saturday. We were second in the drive through and it took over 40 minutes to get just our coffees so we were late to breakfast. No one let us know when we ordered that it would be that long. Coffee was ok but not worth the wait or service.

I ordered an iced coffee and they gave me a hot coffee with ice in it, which left me with warm watered down coffee.

Not great. Went on Sunday morning.
Had live music playing that overwhelmed the place with chaos.
Full to gills with people.
Order taker was odd, kind of rude.
Coffee was ok.
Sandwich was good, but the donut we got for 2.75(!) was junk. Super stale and old.

I liked the decor and small business items around the shop. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich that were pretty good. The staff was super friendly and quick. It was SO loud in here though. I had to yell my order and could barely hear when they called my name. Would recommend for a get together, but not if you want to study or get work done.

Very disappointed in my recent visits there in the past two months. I've been coming there for years, but the turnover in staff and their lack of attentiveness is dismal. The past three visits, the staff have forgotten I was there and left me hanging during times when you weren't that busy. The bakery is exceptional, which is why I drive from Waukesha twice a week. I've given VG three opportunities for improvement, but now I'll have to find someplace else. What happened? You had such a fun place to hang out.

Update: it’s been a month and I upgraded my earlier review as the owners reached out to ask for additional suggestions. I’ve been there three more times very recently and have seen service improvement. I was impressed with the open effort. I know it takes a lot of work to run this type of business.

Great coffee stop while we were in town for a soccer tournament. I got the buzzy bee latte which was very good. My husband got the cappuccino and liked it. The parking was ample and service was friendly.
