The staff member later came around to inquire about drinks that should have accompanied my order, which made me question if this information is not typically tracked. ON 7/625 AT APPROXIMATELY 2:00AM, THE FEMALE MANAGER ON DUTY WITH RED HAIR VOLUNTARILY CLOSED THE RESTAURANT HOURS EARLY. I drove out of my to and from the restaurant to pick up a food delivery order for a customer who paid the workers to milk the clock. This location totally resembles the Capital Heights location at 5751 Fon du Lac Ave location in the north side of Milwaukee.

if you go during the night shift you will wait 30 to 60 minutes for your order drive through or inside. had one of the cooks snap back at me not believing i waited almost an hour in line for 2 tacos..

I've always had positive experiences with the staff here, food always tastes great, but gosh, the drive thru always has a long line and moves at a snail's pace. They really, really need more help in the drive thru.

I am a vegetarian and I specifically asked for no seasoned beef in one of my tacos and for them to switch them for potatoes, so the taco should’ve came with only potatoes no beef. When I got home and started eating the taco it appeared to have only potatoes from the outside but when I got to the center of the taco they loaded it with beef under the potatoes and I got a disgusting mouthful of it and was puking for an hour. I have also doordashed from this location in the past and have received water instead of baja blast. We also got mild sauces and they didn’t give us any. (everything labeled on receipt attatched)

Ordered a 12 pack Cinnabon delights, a 2 pack Cinnabon delights, 2 nacho fries, and a 5 peice nugget. Missing the 2 pack Cinnabon delights and the 12 pack was missing 2, both nacho fries were extremly unseasoned, hard, cold, seemed like they were very undercooked, also were barely even halfway filled. The nuggets were somehow overcooked and cold at the same time. The person taking drive thru ordered had a more rude tone and was very snappy while taking my order, only good thing about this Taco Bell is the Baja blast. Spent 30 dollars for food I couldn’t even eat.
