I probably only have taco bell once or twice a year but one time recently I showed up around 11pm at night and Kaitlyn (the GM), Hailey, Wade and Brad were incredible. Just the absolute nicest employees.

Have visited this location exactly three times since it opened. First time there service was extremely slow, this time I was the only one in store (during busy dinner hour time) so was waited on promptly. Food is bland, and portions are beyond skimpy. For example the hard shell taco had about 1 tbls. each meat, lettuce and cheese. The Mexican pizza was pathetic - little of anything except the taco shells. None of the food had any taste. Will avoid this location from now on. From others we've talked to, they have the same opinion.

Was having a rough night and came here 30 minutes to close. Screen was off so my confidence dropped in the food quality I was going to get also since near closing. Instead I was greeted by a extremely nice women who took my order and I realize I had the wrong card and had some 5s to use so asked for a split payment again she was nice and more than happy to do the split payment and was happy as they needed 5s for change. I ended up with great food despite late time and being a little difficult. She also gifted me a free taco voucher. I left with great food and a better mood.

Ordered the new street chalupas a few days ago. They were rock hard! Looked online to see if they are supposed to be crunchy/crispy… nope! My order was made incorrectly and instead of remaking it the right way they just took my money and served it to me like that. I shouldn’t have to check the quality of my food before leaving the drive thru. Unacceptable!

Prices are 10-40% higher than other locations and many times they skimp on the toppings. For example, a double cheesy gorsita crunch taco is $5.99, but $5 elsewhere. The online cravings box is the MOST atrocious since it's 9.99 at this store while it's 5.99 at all others (that's 40% more than Hales Corners)!!! I won't be returning until this is fixed.
