The last few times I’ve gone here we’ve been ripped off. I’ve been noticing that items seem thinner and lighter than they should be. I weighed the paper thin chicken quesadilla and it was 5oz, per the TB website it should be 6.6oz. Not only Paying inflated prices but also getting shorted!

Food was hot and fresh with the service being very quick especially at dinner time. But man have the portions changed for what get vs what you pay and that isn't a good thing.

Love this place for a quick snack, fast and friendly! Always ask if you want sauce, napkins, they are never rushed or acting like you need to hurry up!

This problem has happened to me for the second time in ten days. The first time there was hair inside my food and this time the food was very old and tasted so bad that I couldn't even eat it. And from now on I never want to come to this restaurant again.

Great service here, we have been stopping here about once a week the past few months, we go in and order from the kiosk. The service has been quick and the girl that seems to be there every time we visit this store is always friendly. The grilled burritos are the food of choice for us!

If you ask for specific things, they don't know what they are doing. They don't listen to what you are saying and just make it how people normally get it.
I probably only have taco bell once or twice a year but one time recently I showed up around 11pm at night and Kaitlyn (the GM), Hailey, Wade and Brad were incredible. Just the absolute nicest employees.
