I usually just go there on Fridays for the fish fry. But the rest of their menu is delicious. Of course margarita too.Great atmosphere. I would go there more often if I lived closer. Thewaitresses and the owners are AWESOME.

Parts of this dining experience were just ok, and parts were pretty good. Atmosphere was nothing exciting but comfortable. Wait staff was very nice. Food: I had a combo plate. Chicken chimichaga, enchilada and tostada. It came with rice and beans. They were just ok. Comfort food. Husband got Baja tacos. They were awesome! He got only 2 tacos but they were very large. He had enough. I would recommend. I thought the prices were a bit high. We even had to pay for chips and salsa. Over all it was a satisfying dinner. I may go back, but I will keep looking for my go-to Mexican food in Muskego

The food is hit or miss. I’ve had the carne asada tacos when the taste was spot on; however, I just had them and they were greasy, the avocado was black and about 1 leaf of cilantro per taco. The only thing the food wasn't lacking was the amount of onions per taco. There was so much grease the insides of the tacos fell right through the shell. The rice was dry. Certainly not worth the prices! The prices we were charged are not the same as what is on the website menu. I will go on sprees eating there 2 times a week for a couple months, but after tonight’s meal we will not be going back. Too many times the food has been a miss and not a hit.

Excellent Mexican food and the best margs - not too sweet and plenty of booze! Staff is very casual, yet work hard.

It's been a few years since we have been here. We will never go back. Only one waitress for the whole dining room, she was working hard yet service suffered. The table next to us got their food and one plate was wrong, missing an enchilada. Our appetizer arrived and it was wrong, then the meals arrived and mine was missing the sour cream. Out of 4 dishes one was good, the rest were bland, tasteless and food that is supposed to be crispy was mushy. We joked this is why it's been years since we went here and why we will never try it again. The bill was more expensive than most other Mexican restaurants in the area we have been to.

Our waiter was extremely unprofessional, she would gossip with the other workers making them unable to do their job and she pulled up an extra chair to make 6 chairs when we told her over 5 times that there were only 5 people. Pink hair girl. She also walks away from customers while they are still talking to her. She forgot my drink and she forgot my family members entire meal. The worst part is she blames it on a other worker who is actually doing their job. Update: i saw the whole situation wrong the full headed pink hair girl was trying to stop the 17 year old from doing things she is not legally allowed to do, one of those things is grab and pour the alcohol.

Always great food! So much better than the joke of a "restaurant" called dos banderas.

Friendly, efficient service in a cute place. Food was ok, but not authentic. Guacamole was excellent, well spiced. The mole was not homemade.

Really good food. You can tell its made in house. Server was really great! Only negative it's $2 for chips and salsa BUT that also is SO worth it!

Our waitress was the best part. She was very kind and attentive to her tables.. also, the place is pretty clean and the kids enjoyed being able to draw on the table place mat...that's where the good experience ends really. Unfortunately we ate here without actually reading the reviews. None of the food here is authentic. The salsa and chips are store bought, the "seafood" enchiladas are low quality shrimp(all still contained the vein), and the crab is imitation. I got the street tacos too, which if you've ever been to an actual street truck, you know right away they're not made the same. The chicken was hard in spots, super runny, and just didn't taste good at all..I didn't finish them. The guacamole isn't authentic either, unless you consider avocado and a seasoning packet authentic.. plus it's on the menu as "per market value".. I'm sorry, but did I just order the lobster from a high end restaurant?? Smh.. I could keep going on, but what's the point... I've seen where the owner or someone responds defending this place in other reviews, he may on this one, but I don't care.. read this review and be warned or don't.. up to you. If you're in the mood for semi - Mexican tasting food, then by all means stop in and drop $70.

Stopped for a drink and some quac and chips. Margaritas were mediocre at best, guacamole was overwhelmed by jalapeños (which actually burned my cheek) and the chips were on the stale side and probably store bought.

Tres Locos is such a cute place. It's got good food and great margaritas. The service is typically quick and their enchiladas are always great!! I have ordered pick up from them before as well, and it was pretty good as well!!
