honestly I think Wendy's is on a pretty big upswing... but this location specifically has been incredibly well-staffed the people there are so unconditionally nice that it is genuinely surprising!!! for instance there was a day I came right before close admittedly a little too close I didn't even expect to get served honestly the Hispanic lady who I don't remember her name of unfortunately serve me anywhere I couldn't have a frosty though because the machine she said she was cleaning I felt like she was genuinely apologizing that I couldn't have one which was totally fine like I said it was very late. they're just genuinely fantastic all around even the young ones that work there.

Went there for lunch today, and I just want to say, we had the nicest cashier take our order. Her name is Kayla. We walked in, she saw us and immediately asked us if she could take our order. Kayla was so sweet. When we left she said bye to us. Just a nice girl!! You just don't see that much anymore.

I always tell my coworkers in Greenfield that this is the best Wendy’s around. The food is always hot, fresh, and just the way it should be. Even if I’m not close by, I’ll go out of my way to come here because I know it’ll be worth it every time. Truly a standout location. A++++++!

I will not come back to this Muskego Wendy's until this Wendy's says they want to join the Fair Food Program. People who work on farms where Wendy's restaurants get their produce deserve to be treated like human beings, not machines.

I order mobile approximately 10 minutes before arriving, despite being first in drive thru (9:50p) with no cars ahead of me, I had to wait another approx. 10 minutes because food just began to be made when I arrived thus defeating the purpose of mobile ordering. Sodas were ready at arrival and food WAS good (when I eventually ate it). This practice seems to happen with one particular manager there.
Order was wrong and cold. Also very overpriced.
