Order a foot long tuna and somehow a red sauce was put in it NOT ordered on the sandwich. I was never so disgusted on the initial taste but had a second bit and I was sick for the rest of yesterday and this morning. I wouldn’t order that from this subway again.

Everything was as you would expect from Subway, except when the clerk in the front asked someone to come from the back to help, the lady from the back seemed irritated she was interrupted. She was not very friendly, to say the least.

Younger red head that works there has a terrible attitude tosses food and acts as if I'm inconveniencing her to do her job. Beyond rude, have had way to many similar experiences in the past couple months. My family is done going being treated terribly, and made to feel uncomfortable. Get new staff!!!!!

There is a red haired girl that works in the necedah subway that is not very nice or friendly. Doesn't listen , doesn't talk, doesn't have her hair pulled back enough ( surprised there isn't hair in my food or the veggies ) touches her nose and face while gloved and continues to make sandwiches. Looks very pissy all the time. I told her once that she is in customer service and it wouldn't hurt to smile a little.and be friendly. This is who you have representing your subway which is going to give you a bad name. I and my husband go in there once or twice a week and spend any where from 20 to 35.00 each time but I am to the point that if she is in there and the only one I will not be going in anymore. She should be fired because of so many different reasons .

Where should I start? Walked in and the two workers looked up from the sandwiches they were making and said “We’re busy.” Not “We’ll be right with you” or “Hello!” I waited and looked at the menu. One of the young ladies came over and looked at me without a word - what about “Thanks for waiting? What would you like?” I said I didn’t see the cold cut trio on the board. She stomped over to the end of the menu board and pointed. I apologized, explaining that we don’t eat there often. She proceeded to make our sandwiches, asking questions so softly that I had to ask her to repeat them. Wow, not sure what her problem was but I hope things got better. We won’t be returning.

I’ve had some bad experiences here and bad customer service but this is by far the Worst customer service that I’ve had there yet she had music blasting on her phone and tjey already had music playing in the store burnt the bacon and was going to still continue to put it on my food I asked nicely if I could please have different bacon it was burnt black she threw it away and mumbled something under her breath I was. It being rude and asked very politely. Before this I asked a couple questions and she just ignored me. She had a snotty attitude the whole time like I was bothering her to do her job. I’m tired of going there and the service is hit and miss. I am a GM of a big company and this would bot be ok at my business. This is how you lose business.. Please do better Necedah!

I did a mobile order tonight and ordered 2 footlongs, one rotisserie chicken and one cold cut combo, the cold cut was good but my chicken sub barely had any chicken and my bread was hard as a rock, called to tell them and both the people I talked to were rude and just made excuses instead of apologizing and making it right! I spend a lot of money here and I don't think I will be returning!!

Every time I get a sub the sandwich is well, but the bread top flakes off and it is extremely dry flaking off. There is some thing wrong with how they are proofing the bread. I'm tired of paying for my subs when they are not good, especially when the bread is so flakey on top and hard. The foot long chirro I tried last night was micrwaved instead of being deep fried, was hard by the time I got home, why? I believe that the bread should be soft not flaking off the top .I also believe I should be given a gift card and quality food!
