Had a pleasant experience at the restaurant, good food and Bartender Mark was most gracious and really made our cocktails perfect. So very lucky that he is there and we had a great banter with him.😊

Went to the restaurant for a wonderful dinner. The Friday Fish Buffet was AMAZING. The fish was batter fried or broiled and both were hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection.

I have been here twice in less then a month the first time I went for breakfast, there was no one there except myself and my child, and a table of 3 men who had paid and were leaving, I waited 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we were there even though there were 3 different staff members within 10 feet of us who were to busy showing each other pictures on their phone then to take care of customers. Food was okay. Decided to give them another chance with a togo order. After trying to call for 20 minutes and no one answered I finally got to place an order with a very rude woman. So whatever placed my order and went to pick to up. I walked on and the place was pretty much empty, the bartender was to busy joking with the people at the bar about what they were gonna watch on tv to notice I was there. When he did notice me he was kind of rude, sarcastically asking if I had the HUGE food order, I replied with i had an order but it wasn't huge, ( there was another pretty big order on the bar) I gave him my name for the order which the rude woman asked me for so they knew it was mine, and he rudely came back with what did you order? Like I was interrupting his little chat with the patrons. I again ignored the rudeness and the fact the he clearly wasn't sober, told him my order paid and left. When I got home I found out I was not given the correct fries, not a huge deal but the 11.99 sandwich which was the price after the onions and peppers were added (check their website) was 13.99 on the receipt, so I was charged for the seasoned fries I ordered, again not a big deal but I didnt get them. So I called to let them know and he told me that the seasoned fries weren't seasoned cause the forgot, and I was charged for them, when I ordered i asked if fries came with the sandwich and was told yes, now if the type of fry was extra I get it but I was rudely informed that any fry was extra after being told it was included. I let him know to maybe let whoever the rude woman was know that she gave the wrong info to a customer and he got even more rude and hung up the phone. I should have known better to come back here after another 2 years, the place never changes, rude, drunk staff that dont care. The food isnt even worth it, but then again it's the same owner there I see.

I came here with my parents on a Saturday for lunch. The outside is a charming log cabin and the inside has a ton of seating in two different rooms, one a newer addition and brighter. Looks like you could eat outside too as there were tables and chairs outside. My dad had the best mushroom swiss burger that he raved about, my mom had the best chicken wings she ever had (loved the BBQ sauce) and I had a great turkey sandwich. Our server, Amy, was also the cook and she was friendly and quick! We had our meals out in no time. Prices were very reasonable as well. You can tell the owner and staff really care about providing a truly wonderful dining experience. We are all looking forward to returning here again.

The food was way over cooked and over priced. They were out of so many things as well. The service was not very good either. I would have rather went to McDonald's. At least there you know you are getting overpriced crappy food. Save yourself some money and time, and dont go to the Reel Inn. I wished I never bothered going here! I am going to make sure I share this review to all of my social media accounts. I want to warn others not to waste their time and money.

Everything was ok. The food was marginal.

we didn't stay there we dined there after church on a Sunday. We were a little surprised there was only 1 car in the parking lot. The restaurant was dark not bright and inviting. The service was good considering the server was also the cook. The food was good we had their specialty pizza and an Italian beef sandwich. we would probably dine there again.

Food was terrible - traveled 1 hour to have lunch with family. Eggs and biscuits/gravy were cold - sent back to the kitchen - reheated - biscuits were tough. Waitress did not ask how food was or if we wanted a refill - very rude.

My sister has been staying here in a cabin while she looks for housing after moving for a new job. I have visited several times and eaten breakfast and lunch at their restaurant.

The campground is clean and quiet. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant has been delicious and very budget friendly.

I'm really glad we found this place! And it is a perfect location, just outside of town and very close to parks and swimming/fishing locations. Highly recommend!

Worst hotel ever, AC didn’t work, very low maintenance condition.

We were welcomed and set up with open arms. This is a beautiful campsite, the owners are amazing. We ordered pizza from their 5 Star restaurant- what a treat!! Very reasonably priced and great location G-Approved!!

Best place around. Forget about the dells when you can have peace and quiet. The cabin bed are roomy and have ac and a kitchen!

Rooms: Rooms are big and clean

Nearby activities: The dells is not too far from the reel for fun activities with the kids
