The Service here is absolutely terrible. You can literally hear the understaffed employees complaining about customers coming in because it's too much work to do the job they are paid to.
Understaffing is an issue you take up with your manager. Not an issue to MAKE an issue for customers.
1 burger and 2 corn dogs, does NOT take 20 minutes. It was not even busy. This is pathetic.

Did a mobile order for 2 single bacon cheeseburgers with no onions lettuce or pickles. And a double papa burger only papa sauce. All 3 burgers had onions lettuce and tomatoes and the slices of tomato were thicker than any of the patties. The two bacon cheeseburgers patties were burned so bad that they broke like potato chips. The cheese curds we ordered were great as always which is the only reason for the second star. Spent almost 50 dollars on food and 80 percent of it went straight in the garbage. That is unacceptable by any standard.

Took Daughter for a late night mommy daughter date before bed to get a snack and we ordered 2 things; a large cheese fry and a large root beer float with root beer ice cream. (Mind you no one else was inside or at drive through) the root beer float had vanilla and the fries had chili. Lets also add during this time the shift lead Chad was bragging about potentially becoming general manager if the one lined up keeps having health problems! How can u be so cold to expect to get a promotion when a coworker is in the ICU plus u can't even get an order right with only 2 things on it! Next time let the customer do the talking so u can get the order right!

I had a good experience here a few days ago. The shift manager was very nice and gave us a deal on rootbeer floats. Food was good and price was very reasonable for quality. The dining area had a cozy and comfortable vibe to it. I would go to this location again. ?
Atmosphere is N/A because there isn't inside seating. I went thru the drive thru for my annual root beer & vanilla twist cone . Sooooo good. But Geez, even the amount of ice cream in the cone has been down sized. ?
I enjoy their food and have a lot of fond memories eating chilli dogs with root beer at A&W as a kid. There is a good deal on their $2.99 floats right now. But their prices are at this point ridiculously high for average quality fast food.
