Ordered a burger and it was horrible. So bad a poorly prepared I messaged corporate. They ensured me somoeone from the store would reach out in no more than 4 business days for sure... that was 3 weeks ago. I'll never go back and suggest you don't either. Let that place take a big s&*#.

Horrible. Waited in parking lot for 35 minutes for carside awful, cold, food. Didn't have what we ordered. If I wanted boneless wings I'd have gone to McDonalds and gotten nuggets. You guys need to close up this place. Horrible. Zero stars....long time customer no longer.

Ordered at 5:27 on a Saturday night for carside pickup. App stated good would be ready at 5:42. Didn't get food until almost 6:30. Called at 6:00 to check on my order. Had to call 3 times before someone answered. They said they were backed up with Togo orders but mine would be out shortly. If you are that backed up, let people know.

I was strange because it was noon and not a single person was in there... I now know why! I got a philly steak sandwich and the bun was moldy. Green furry mold. I didnt notice it at first...and I wonder how much of it, I ate!? When I said something, basically all the waitress said is she'll take care of it!? She credit my sandwich back on the reciept and that was pretty much it!!!? Kind of a dissapointment and a turn off for sure!!?

Awesome experience! My chicken and shrimp was delicious, and although my wife had some miscommunication of how she wanted her steak done...despite having to deal with a huge birthday party, the staff promptly brought her a new steak and it was absolutely perfect!!! 100% better than our experience at the Applebee's in Appleton!

Both our burgers were overcooked and burnt. The boneless chicken wings still had pink in them. We waited an hour to eat and when we received our burnt order we had to wait even longer for fresh plates. We are not going to this applebees anymore that’s for sure.

There was only 3 tables with people at them and it took 45 minutes before we even got to order our food! We were told there was a 20 minute wait when we got there! Went to the bar to get a drink…no bartender in sight for at least 20 minutes! Terrible service, not friendly or apologetic at all. Food was good though. All the employees seemed lost. Went on a Saturday night at 6:00 PM said it was about 30 minutes to wait and we said it was fine. We got at our table at 6:25 great our hostess sat us then our waitress came took our drink order and came back with our drinks we didn’t see our waitress again after sitting for about 30 minutes hostess check on us asked if our order was taken we said no she said she would check into it. She then came back and took our order Burgers and fries only we ordered still at 7:40 PM we still did not receive our food or even a refill on our soda. Wave down the waitress and ask for a bill for sodas. She replied your food is almost ready it should be up shortly and I explain we didn’t have time we just needed to pay our bill for soda we had to get going we had to get home before the kids went to bed. Unreal at least they could’ve refilled our sodas as we are waiting there twiddling our thumbs in the top it all off people they came after us got their food before us. Still MIA Waitress did not show up. Sincerely date night down the drain in Nina’s Applebees ??

Service was good but the food went downhill. We actually loved going here as it is never packed. But everything tasted microwave burnt . Couldn’t finish our meals . Not the waiters fault but just bad . Got food replaced and still was not Edible. Paid our bill and just left , will not be going back.

Was told this place has terrible food and service, but decided to try appetizers for lunch. Ordered loaded waffle fries. As we were waiting for the food customers at another table said 'F this' and walked out. My gf can't eat meat or onions, she said every time she ordered a salad and asked for NO CHICKEN, or NO ONIONS on her food, without fail they include them EVERY time. Figured they can't mess up fries, Asked for Bacon on the side. The place was nearly empty and they STILL managed to screw the order. Bacon all over the fries. How complicated is it?! How do they manage to stay open?
Just ordered, through door dash, a steak and shrimp. I opened it and saw what looked much smaller than an 8 oz. I thought it was a tad too small to be an 8 oz as promised through the door dash description. I called once. I couldn't understand whomever answered and then the line went dead. I called again and got Kenzie who was very polite. She transfered me to my cook. When I told him I thought their had been a mistake he answered "nope! That was an 8 oz. I cooked it myself." I was like "oh.... Okay... Just seemed a little small to be an 8 oz.." no response. "okay well... Thank you?" Giving me no resolution or apologies. Even the professionalism was subpar. I've gone to the Neenah Applebee's since I was a child and they've always been great to me and I've always been loyal to them in return, but I do take note of professionalism and this was not it... It's been steadily declining over the years. Now is the first time I've finally reviewed about it.

This is the second time we have come to try and eat here. I get there is a shortage of staff. But there was 2 waitresses that didn't even acknowledge us. We never even got a drink. I mean we could have at least been talked to saying that they would be there as soon as I can! Never going back!

Did car side tonight after waiting 10 minutes past pickup time I went and found a guy and told him I was here for car side,he said he would check on it ,but never came back out. I went back in after another ten minutes and waited by the kitchen until my order was done. The restaurant was pretty much empty. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this location, I'll never go back again and I'll make sure to tell all my friends about the kind of employees working there.

Started out okay... I asked for a pint but they "accidentally" poured a bigger size. Didn't charge for the larger size but still found it odd. Got our food and then never saw our waitress Kiana again. A table a little ways over waited so long that they actually called the restaurant to tell them they've been waiting for their check for however long. The table behind me was checked on 3 times after I began to wonder where our waitress was. Never cleared the table, no refills, very disengaged... not even sure I should give 2 stars. Chef cooked the food well so I give them the credit of this experience.

Our hostess/ waitress was good however the food was HORRENDOUS. I got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was so overcooked I could barely chew it. I started not feeling well half way through eating because the food was disgusting. I shouldn’t have finished eating but I did unfortunately. The second I got home I was vomiting. Worst food I think I’ve ever had in my life. I’m sorry I ever gave Applebees a chance.
