What ruins it for me is that the burgers are way too greasy. It's not the staffs fault, A&W just needs to go up a bit in quality with their meat.

Went in to make an order walked right back out after seeing one of the employees with pink and blonde hair looking like she just got out of bed and no hair net. Definitely not a great look for the store to see someone in street clothes and hair a mess

Absolutely disgusting. Walked in and it smells awful; as if the oil hasn’t been changed in months. Male worker with long hair and no hair net/hat. Watched him scratch his head then touch food. arguing with a female coworker. Also, eating food from the warmer and now washing his hands. Took a while to be helped and was short with us. Will not be coming back.

20 min wait in drive thur only to get told to please wait some more after 3 more min I left, just stupid.
Went to drive thru on 10-20-25 @ 6:20pm to get ice cream cones and said there ice cream machine is down because they are cleaning it before they close, what the heck you got 3-1/2 hrs before you close and you decide to shut down ice cream machine, you just lost a bunch of customers.

We went through the drive through and ordered one chicken tender meal for our three kids to split. We asked for 3 bags to split them for our kids. The girl at the window gave each kid bbq and packed up their meals herself! She went above and beyond to be kind to us! Thank you for taking the extra step, that says a lot now a days!!!

Arghhhh, one thing I must say is that the food is absolutely scrumptious! I'm a lonely pirate lost at sea. looking for food, I'm hungry as can be. I stumbled across this bountiful treasure. The food made me yell shiver me timbers! No more a lonely pirate....they treated me as if I was part of their crew. So now I will always visit my favorite crew at this treasure of a A&W. 🦜

Can't get the order right. Last 3x I've been they've got sizes wrong and twice forgot sauces I paid for. Price for amount of fries you get is pretty ridiculous. I'll add this to the list of places I'll no longer go.
