Typical A&W attached to a Shell station. Can't really go wrong with Papa Burger, fries, and a root beer. Service was average and dining room looks like a typical A&W dining room.

Counting frozen Shrimp at a booth with no gloves on while playing with your phone and piercings. I'd stay away from the shrimp. Fast friendly service tho!

If I could leave no stars I would the cashier Abigail ignored us as we walked in and was holding the can of whip cream in her mouth spraying it into her mouth. So gross and the manager let it happen. I refuse to ever eat there again. The gentleman that helped us was awesome and made sure our food was hot and fresh! But the manager and cashier Abigail definite no no

As the kid in drive-thru was handing me my root beer freeze, the lid came off and spilled all over me. The inside of my purse, and the inside of my wallet I handed it back to him. He didn't offer me any napkins or water (I had to ask) and then he was going to hand me back the same, now half empty, drink with a new lid and I asked him to please make me a new one. A new guy then came with the new drink only. You could tell it was in the same cup because the outside of the cup was covered with root beer and ice cream. So I said to him are you really going to hand me that cup covered with root beer and ice cream and instead of him bringing it back and wiping it off. He then looked at me and said I'm going to refuse you service. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. He did end up wearing that shake because he was holding in his hand and I pushed his hand away from me and it flew back on to him inside of the window. That's fair. I had to wear half of mine. He got to wear the other half of it.
